SANY pousse plus loin son activité la plus solide en Europe : les engins de chantier. Les derniers développements sont les points forts à Munich. SANY présentera la première pelle électrique, annoncera l'extension du portefeuille par chargeuse sur pneus et ajoutera Telehandler.
SY19E - mini-pelle électrique
La demande de machines à faibles émissions ne cesse d'augmenter. C'est l'un des résultats obtenus par la gestion européenne des produits que SANY a installée en Europe. La réponse appelle : SY19E. La machine de la classe 2t – en version Canopy – répond à toutes ces demandes, et aux exigences croissantes des villes et municipalités qui font face à l'objectif de réduire la pollution par l'échange de leurs machines.
Aussi, le confort des opérateurs devient de plus en plus une priorité dans le choix des nouvelles machines. La réduction du bruit - par échange du moteur - aidera à réduire la fatigue et à prévenir toute maladie négative à long terme.
Un autre aspect important de la machine est que l'opérateur n'a pas besoin d'apprendre une nouvelle machine. Tout ce qui change pour l'opérateur, c'est le bruit – et le processus de « ravitaillement ».
Outre l'augmentation du confort pour l'opérateur, il y a plus d'avantages en ce qui concerne le côté économique de la machine. En ce qui concerne les coûts, le remplacement du moteur diesel par un moteur électrique réduit considérablement les coûts d'entretien et de maintenance. Ainsi, le propriétaire économisera de l'argent tout en utilisant cette machine.
D'un point de vue général, ce projet fait partie de la contribution de SANY à l'application zéro émission, qui a déjà été prouvée par un gerbeur électrique et le camion à hydrogène en Chine.
SW305 - Chargeuse sur pneus Stage V avec une capacité de godet de 2,3 m³
SANY a lancé son programme de chargeuses sur pneus compactes en 2020 avec un produit OEM. Maintenant, ils étendent le portefeuille avec de grandes chargeuses sur pneus directement comme un véritable produit SANY, qui est conçu et construit à Kunshan, en Chine.
La machine a la même génétique que tous les autres produits SANY : excellente fabrication, construite avec des composants clés bien connus et entièrement équipée en standard.
Le SW305 avec une capacité de godet de 2,3 m³ et un poids opérationnel de 14,5 t aura un grand frère avec une capacité de godet de 18 t et 3 m³ (SW405).
L'introduction de chariots télescopiques par SANY a commencé en Amérique du Nord et est devenue une marque bien établie. Alors que la demande de chariots télescopiques a augmenté, Sany a développé une gamme européenne individuelle, qui sera lancée en 2022.

SANY shows how modern construction machinery technology simply “moves more”
SANY is pushing its strongest business in Europe – construction machinery further ahead. The latest developments are the highlights in Munich. SANY will introduce the first electric driven excavator, announce the extension to the portfolio by wheel loader and add Telehandler.
SY19E – electric driven mini-excavator
The demand of machines with low emissions is steadily increasing. That is one of the results that were figured out by European product-management which SANY installed in Europe. The answer calls: SY19E. The machine of the 2t class – as a Canopy version – follows all these demands, and the growing requirements of cities and municipalities who face the target of reducing the pollution by exchange of their machinery.
Also, operators’ comfort is becoming more and more of a focus for the choice of new machines. The reduction of noise – by exchange of the engine – will help to reduce fatigue and prevent any negative long-term illnesses.
Another important aspect with the machine is, that the operator does not need to learn a new machine. All that changes for the operator is the noise – and the process of “refuelling”.
Beside the increase of comfort for the operator, there are more advantages when it comes to the economic side of the machine. Regarding the costs, the interchange of the diesel-engine to an electromotor decreases the costs for service and maintenance dramatically. So, the owner will save money whilst operating this machine.
From a general perspective, this project is part of SANY’s contribution to the zero-emission application, which has been proven already by an electrical driven reach-stacker and the hydrogen powered truck in China.
SW305 – Stage V wheel-loader with a bucket capacity of 2,3m³
SANY introduced their compact-wheel-loader program in 2020 with an OEM product. Now they extend the portfolio with big wheel-loaders directly as a real SANY product, which is designed and built in Kunshan, China.
The machine has the same genetic like all the other SANY products: excellent manufactured, built with well-known key-components and fully equipped as standard.
The SW305 with a 2.3m³ bucket capacity and an operational weight of 14,5t will get a big brother with 18t and 3m³ bucket capacity (SW405).
SANY’s introduction of telehandlers started in North America has become a well-established brand. As the demand for telehandlers has grown, Sany has been developing an individual European range, to launch in 2022.

The STH1440 and STH1840 are the first models of the new range, all equipped with well-known European primary components that are supported throughout the industry. Equipped with a cabin designed and engineered in Europe.

SANY laat zien hoe moderne technologie voor bouwmachines "meer beweegt"
SANY stuwt zijn sterkste business in Europa – bouwmachines verder vooruit. De nieuwste ontwikkelingen zijn de hoogtepunten in München. SANY introduceert de eerste elektrisch aangedreven graafmachine, kondigt de uitbreiding van het portfolio met wielladers aan en voegt verreikers toe.
SY19E – elektrisch aangedreven minigraafmachine
De vraag naar machines met een lage uitstoot neemt gestaag toe. Dat is een van de resultaten die zijn bedacht door Europees productmanagement dat SANY in Europa installeerde. Het antwoord roept: SY19E. De machine van de 2t-klasse – als Canopy-versie – voldoet aan al deze eisen, en aan de groeiende eisen van steden en gemeenten die zich ten doel stellen de vervuiling te verminderen door hun machines te vervangen.
Ook het comfort van de machinist wordt steeds meer een aandachtspunt bij de keuze van nieuwe machines. De vermindering van het geluid – door vervanging van de motor – zal helpen om vermoeidheid te verminderen en eventuele negatieve langdurige ziekten te voorkomen.
Een ander belangrijk aspect van de machine is dat de machinist geen nieuwe machine hoeft aan te leren. Het enige dat verandert voor de machinist is het geluid – en het proces van “tanken”.
Naast de verhoging van het comfort voor de machinist zijn er meer voordelen als het gaat om de economische kant van de machine. Wat de kosten betreft, het omwisselen van de dieselmotor naar een elektromotor zorgt voor een drastische verlaging van de kosten voor service en onderhoud. De eigenaar zal dus geld besparen tijdens het gebruik van deze machine.
In het algemeen maakt dit project deel uit van de bijdrage van SANY aan de emissievrije toepassing, die al is bewezen door een elektrisch aangedreven reachstacker en de waterstofaangedreven vrachtwagen in China.
SW305 – Stage V wiellader met een bakinhoud van 2,3m³
SANY introduceerde in 2020 hun programma voor compacte wielladers met een OEM-product. Nu breiden ze het portfolio direct uit met grote wielladers als een echt SANY-product, dat is ontworpen en gebouwd in Kunshan, China.
De machine heeft dezelfde genen als alle andere SANY-producten: uitstekend gefabriceerd, gebouwd met bekende sleutelcomponenten en standaard volledig uitgerust.
De SW305 met een bakinhoud van 2,3 m³ en een operationeel gewicht van 14,5 ton krijgt een grote broer met een bakcapaciteit van 18 ton en 3 m³ (SW405).
SANY's introductie van verreikers, begonnen in Noord-Amerika, is een gerenommeerd merk geworden. Omdat de vraag naar verreikers is gegroeid, heeft Sany een individueel Europees assortiment ontwikkeld, dat in 2022 op de markt moet worden gebracht.
