L'événement a mis en lumière le plus haut niveau d'expertise technique, culminant avec une finale palpitante où trois participants exceptionnels ont remporté la victoire dans leurs gammes de produits respectives.

Après des épreuves intenses, trois personnes ont remporté la victoire grâce à leurs compétences et connaissances exceptionnelles :

Le concours TECHXPERT de cette année a été conçu pour récompenser les meilleurs talents, encourager la collaboration et favoriser une culture d'amélioration continue.

Après un lancement réussi en 2023, l'édition 2025 a offert aux spécialistes produits des concessionnaires une plateforme pour démontrer leurs prouesses techniques et collaborer avec leurs pairs de la région.

Le concours s'est déroulé en deux étapes clés :
Étape préliminaire : Évaluation théorique en ligne

Du 25 novembre au 6 décembre 2024, une épreuve théorique en ligne a permis de tester les connaissances techniques essentielles des participants. L'évaluation portait sur :

Systèmes électriques
Mécanique de la transmission
Systèmes hydrauliques
Connaissances générales des produits

Les participants ont été évalués sur la précision, la rapidité et l'expertise globale. Sur les 96 participants initiaux, 85 ont progressé, démontrant ainsi leur connaissance approfondie des équipements Volvo CE.
Étape finale : Défis techniques concrets

L'étape finale s'est déroulée du 17 au 19 février 2025 au Centre technologique Volvo de Jinan, en Chine. Les 12 finalistes ont relevé cinq défis pratiques inspirés de scénarios réels :

Dépannage de problèmes complexes
Signalement et analyse des pannes
Recommandations de pièces d'origine Volvo CE
Inspection de l'usure des composants
Assistance technique à distance en temps réel

Les participants concouraient dans l'une des trois catégories de produits suivantes : Tombereaux articulés, Chargeuses sur pneus ou Pelles. Cette approche pratique a permis aux candidats de démontrer leur expertise technique et leur capacité à résoudre des problèmes sous pression.

The event showcased the highest level of technical expertise, culminating in a thrilling final round that saw three outstanding participants emerge victorious in their respective product lines.

This year’s TECHXPERT competition was designed to recognise top talent, inspire collaboration, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Following a successful launch in 2023, the 2025 edition offered a platform for dealer product specialists to demonstrate their technical prowess and collaborate with peers across the region.

The competition was held in two key stages:
Preliminary Stage: Online Theory Assessment

From November 25 to December 6, 2024, an online theory round tested participants on essential technical knowledge. The assessment covered:

Electrical systems
Drive train mechanics
Hydraulic systems
General product knowledge

Participants were evaluated on accuracy, speed, and overall expertise. Of the 96 initial entrants, 85 moved forward, showcasing their deep understanding of Volvo CE’s equipment.
Final Stage: Real-World Technical Challenges

The final stage took place from February 17 to 19, 2025, at Volvo’s Jinan Technology Centre in China. The 12 finalists tackled five practical challenges that mirrored real-world scenarios:

Troubleshooting complex issues
Failure reporting and analysis
Genuine Volvo CE parts recommendations
Component inspection for wear and tear
Real-time remote technical support

Participants competed in one of three product categories: Articulated Haulers, Wheel Loaders, or Excavators. This hands-on approach allowed contestants to demonstrate their technical expertise and problem-solving skills under pressure.
