Haslach a installé avec succès plusieurs fermes en béton précontraint de 98 tonnes à Bludenz pour le nouveau hall de l'usine textile Getzner.

Le projet impliquait une planification et une stabilisation approfondies du plafond de la cave pour supporter la grue LTM 1300-6.3.

Un palan tandem a été exécuté à l'aide d'une grue LTM 1230-5.1 installée sur un remblai spécialement comblé à l'extérieur du hall.

Les deux grues ont fonctionné à pleine capacité pour soulever les fermes, chacune manipulant 51 tonnes avec un rayon de 13 et 15 mètres.

Haslach a réussi son déploiement avec beaucoup de planification : plusieurs fermes en béton précontraint pesant près de 100 tonnes ont été installées dans la ville autrichienne de Bludenz pour la construction d'un nouveau hall de l'usine textile Getzner. Le sol du hall avec cave complète en dessous et l'emprise au sol limitée ont fait de l'utilisation un défi considérable.

Les têtes ont tourné pendant la planification : l'objectif était de monter dix fermes en béton précontraint de 98 tonnes chacune pour le toit d'un hall avec cave en dessous. La charge portante du sol du hall était limitée et l'espace était également très restreint. Les livraisons de Getzner devaient également se poursuivre sans interruption. Tobias Haslach, propriétaire de Kranverleih Haslach GmbH, se souvient : « Après une planification approfondie et de nombreux calculs détaillés, nous avons pu trouver une solution pour les travaux d'installation en collaboration avec les autres entreprises concernées. Nous avons stabilisé le plafond de la cave par le dessous avec des supports de plafond afin d'obtenir la résistance de support nécessaire pour que notre LTM 1300-6.3 puisse travailler sur ce plafond de cave. » En plus de la grue mobile à 6 essieux, le transport spécial s'est également rendu sur le plafond de la cave pour décharger la poutre en béton de 98 tonnes.

Haslach a utilisé une LTM 1230-5.1 comme deuxième grue pour le palan tandem. Tobias Haslach raconte les défis : « Nous avons installé le véhicule à 5 essieux sur un talus spécialement remblayé à l'extérieur du hall. En raison de son positionnement derrière un mur en béton, nous n'avons pu nous coordonner avec l'équipe de travail que par radiotéléphonie. La poutre devait également être guidée autour de la LTM 1300-6.3. » Lors du levage de la poutrelle du camion, les deux grues mobiles ont travaillé à pleine capacité avec une charge de 51 tonnes chacune et un rayon de 13 et 15 mètres respectivement. Deux poutrelles en béton armé ont été installées en une journée. Avec une longueur de 47,3 mètres et un poids total de 148 tonnes, le transport nécessitait une autorisation spéciale et ne pouvait se faire que de nuit. Après chaque installation, les deux grues mobiles ont été déplacées avec tout leur équipement, y compris le lest, et positionnées pour le levage des poutrelles en béton armé suivantes.

« La coopération sur le chantier a été excellente. Les opérations de l'usine textile Getzner se sont poursuivies pratiquement sans interruption. Nos deux grutiers ont également été ravis de la collaboration de tous les intervenants sur le chantier », déclare Tobias Haslach. Haslach successfully installed several 98-tonne prestressed concrete trusses in Bludenz for the Getzner textile factory's new hall.

Both cranes operated at maximum capacity to lift the trusses, each handling 51 tonnes with a radius of 13 and 15 meters.

The transport of the 47.3-meter-long trusses required special permits and was conducted at night.

Operations at the Getzner textile factory continued uninterrupted, and the collaboration on-site was highly praised by Tobias Haslach.

Prestressed concrete trusses weighing just under 100 tonnes and measuring 42 metres in length

LTM 1300-6.3 operates on a hall floor with cellar underneath

Haslach achieved successful deployment with a lot of planning: several prestressed concrete trusses weighing just under 100 tonnes were installed in the Austrian town of Bludenz for the construction of a new hall at the Getzner textile factory. The hall floor with full cellar running underneath and the limited footprint made the deployment a considerable challenge.

Heads were spinning during the planning: the objective was to install ten prestressed concrete trusses, each weighing 98 tonnes, for the roof in a hall that had a cellar running underneath. The hall floor's support load was limited, and space was also very restricted. Getzner's deliveries also had to continue uninterrupted. Tobias Haslach, owner of Kranverleih Haslach GmbH, recalls: “After extensive planning and many detailed calculations, we were able to come up with a solution for the installation work in conjunction with the other companies involved. We stabilised the cellar ceiling from underneath with ceiling supports in order to achieve the support strength required to allow our LTM 1300-6.3 to work on this cellar ceiling.” Alongside the 6-axle mobile crane, the special transport also drove onto the cellar ceiling to unload the 98-tonne concrete truss.

Haslach used an LTM 1230-5.1 as the second crane for the tandem hoist. Tobias Haslach recounts the challenges: “We set up the 5-axle vehicle on a specially filled embankment outside the hall. Due to the positioning behind a concrete wall, we were only able to coordinate with the work team via radiotelephony. The truss also had to be guided around the LTM 1300-6.3.” When lifting the truss from the truck, both mobile cranes were working at maximum capacity with a load of 51 tonnes each and a radius of 13 metres and 15 metres respectively. Two reinforced concrete trusses were installed in one day. With a length of 47.3 metres and a total weight of 148 tonnes, the transport required a special permit and was only allowed to travel at night. After each installation, both mobile cranes were moved with all their equipment including ballast and positioned for the lifting of the subsequent reinforced concrete trusses.

“The cooperation on the construction site was excellent. Operations at the Getzner textile factory continued virtually undisturbed. Our two crane operators were also delighted with the collaboration of everyone involved on site,” says Tobias Haslach. The family-run company Kranverleih Haslach is based in Wertach in southern Germany and relies entirely on Liebherr for its nine mobile cranes.

Haslach installeerde met succes meerdere 98-tons voorgespannen betonnen spanten in Bludenz voor de nieuwe hal van de textielfabriek Getzner.

Het project omvatte uitgebreide planning en stabilisering van het kelderplafond om de LTM 1300-6.3-kraan te ondersteunen.

Haslach heeft met veel planning een succesvolle inzet bereikt: in het Oostenrijkse Bludenz werden meerdere voorgespannen betonnen spanten van iets minder dan 100 ton geïnstalleerd voor de bouw van een nieuwe hal in de textielfabriek Getzner. Tijdens de planning draaide het hoofd: het doel was om tien voorgespannen betonnen spanten van elk 98 ton te installeren voor het dak in een hal met een kelder eronder. De steunlast van de halvloer was beperkt en de ruimte was ook erg beperkt. Ook de leveringen van Getzner moesten ononderbroken doorgaan. Tobias Haslach, eigenaar van Kranverleih Haslach GmbH, herinnert zich: "Na uitgebreide planning en veel gedetailleerde berekeningen konden we samen met de andere betrokken bedrijven een oplossing bedenken voor de installatiewerkzaamheden. We stabiliseerden het kelderplafond van onderaf met plafondsteunen om de benodigde steunsterkte te bereiken zodat onze LTM 1300-6.3 aan dit kelderplafond kon werken." Naast de 6-assige mobiele kraan reed ook het speciale transport het kelderplafond op om de 98 ton wegende betonnen spant te lossen.

Haslach gebruikte een LTM 1230-5.1 als tweede kraan voor de tandemhijs. Tobias Haslach vertelt over de uitdagingen: "We stelden het 5-assige voertuig op een speciaal opgevuld talud buiten de hal op. Vanwege de positionering achter een betonnen wand konden we alleen via radiotelefonie met het werkteam coördineren. Het spant moest ook om de LTM 1300-6.3 heen worden geleid." Bij het hijsen van de spanten van de vrachtwagen werkten beide mobiele kranen op maximale capaciteit met een last van elk 51 ton en een straal van respectievelijk 13 en 15 meter. Op één dag werden twee gewapend betonnen spanten geïnstalleerd. Met een lengte van 47,3 meter en een totaalgewicht van 148 ton was voor het transport een speciale vergunning nodig en mocht alleen 's nachts worden gereden. Na elke installatie werden beide mobiele kranen met al hun uitrusting inclusief ballast verplaatst en gepositioneerd voor het hijsen van de daaropvolgende gewapend betonnen spanten.

"De samenwerking op de bouwplaats was uitstekend. De werkzaamheden in de textielfabriek Getzner verliepen vrijwel ongestoord. Ook onze twee kraanmachinisten waren erg blij met de samenwerking van alle betrokkenen op de bouwplaats", aldus Tobias Haslach. Het familiebedrijf Kranverleih Haslach is gevestigd in het Zuid-Duitse Wertach en vertrouwt voor zijn negen mobiele kranen volledig op Liebherr.
