Spectra Precision, une société de systèmes de positionnement laser pour le secteur de la construction, a annoncé avoir signé un accord pour acquérir la société de contrôle de machines Unicontrol.

Unicontrol rejoint Spectra Precision dans le portefeuille d'activités liées aux technologies de la construction de Precisional, aux côtés de Seco et Loadrite.

Spectra Precision to acquire Unicontrol

Spectra Precision, a laser positioning systems company for the construction industry, has announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire machine control company Unicontrol.

Unicontrol joins Spectra Precision in Precisional’s portfolio of construction technology-related businesses along with Seco, and Loadrite.

“We are excited to bring Unicontrol’s dynamic machine control systems into the Spectra Precision family of solutions, driving forward our mission to enhance the efficiency of our customers across a broad range of construction applications,” said Drew Ladau, president of Spectra Precision and CEO of Precisional LLC.

Spectra Precision designs and manufactures levelling, positioning, and alignment instruments used in general, exterior, and underground construction. The instruments incorporate laser and optical technology for general contractors and speciality contractors serving both large and small commercial job sites, as well as residential builders and remodelers.
