Hexagon, une entreprise mondiale de solutions de réalité numérique combinant capteurs, logiciels et technologies autonomes, a annoncé l'acquisition de Voyansi.

Voyansi est un fournisseur de solutions BIM (Building Information Modeling) et VDC (Virtual Design and Construction), de services de capture de réalité et de développement de logiciels de flux de travail BIM, en mettant l'accent sur l'architecture, l'ingénierie, la construction et les opérations (AECO).

Les services de Voyansi seraient utilisés pour numériser divers types d'actifs, tels que les centres de données, les hôpitaux, les installations industrielles et les centres commerciaux, tout au long de leurs phases de conception, de construction et d'exploitation.

« Cette acquisition s'appuie sur notre stratégie au sein de la division Hexagon Geosystems visant à accélérer la numérisation du secteur de la construction », a déclaré Paolo Guglielmini, président et chef de la direction d'Hexagone.

Hexagon, a global company in digital reality solutions that combines sensor, software, and autonomous technologies, has announced the acquisition of Voyansi.

Voyansi is a provider of BIM (Building Information Modelling) and VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) solutions, reality capture services, and BIM workflow software development, with a focus on architecture, engineering, construction, and operations (AECO).

Voyansi’s services are said to be used to digitise various asset types, such as data centres, hospitals, industrial facilities, and shopping centres, throughout their design, build, and operate phases.

“This acquisition builds on our strategy within Hexagon Geosystems division to accelerate the digitisation of the construction industry,” said Paolo Guglielmini, President and CEO, Hexagon.

“The addition of Voyansi to our advanced portfolio of AECO solutions will help our customers further enhance sustainability, efficiency and collaboration during construction and enhance their effectiveness in operating and maintaining assets.”

Voyansi employs approximately 300 people across Argentina, the United States and Spain and will be fully consolidated in June.

Voyansi is een leverancier van BIM- (Building Information Modelling) en VDC-oplossingen (Virtual Design and Construction), reality capture-diensten en BIM-workflowsoftwareontwikkeling, met een focus op architectuur, engineering, constructie en operations (AECO).

De diensten van Voyansi zouden worden gebruikt om verschillende soorten activa, zoals datacenters, ziekenhuizen, industriële faciliteiten en winkelcentra, te digitaliseren tijdens de ontwerp-, bouw- en exploitatiefasen.

“Deze overname bouwt voort op onze strategie binnen de Hexagon Geosystems-divisie om de digitalisering van de bouwsector te versnellen”, aldus Paolo Guglielmini, President en CEO van Hexagon.
