La construction du premier d'une paire de projets de parc industriel robotique a commencé dans le district de Changping, au nord de Pékin, après avoir été annoncée lors de la Conférence mondiale des robots 2023 dans la ville.

Surnommée la « Ville des sciences du futur », les responsables du district ont déclaré que l'installation de Changping – située au nord de Pékin – construirait des plates-formes de services publics et des entreprises d'innovation robotique pour soutenir l'industrie de l'automatisation.

Selon le bureau, deux sites du parc industriel robotique sont actuellement en construction, couvrant une superficie totale d'environ 56 000 m2 (602 779 pieds carrés).

Le gouvernement populaire de la municipalité de Pékin a déclaré : « Le bureau de l'économie et des technologies de l'information de Changping a déclaré que le district abrite 41 collèges et universités, qui peuvent offrir de solides talents et un soutien intellectuel pour l'avancement de l'industrie de la robotique. »

Les sites du district de Changping devraient être achevés au premier semestre 2026.

La construction d’un autre parc à Yizhuang, à l’extrémité sud de Pékin, n’a pas encore commencé.

Les informations financières et sur les entrepreneurs pour les projets n'étaient pas disponibles.

En 2023, le gouvernement municipal de Pékin aurait engagé 1,4 milliard de dollars dans un fonds pour la robotique.

Construction on pair of robotics parks in Beijing underway

Construction has started on the first of a pair of robotics industrial park projects in Beijing’s northern Changping district, after being announced at the 2023 World Robot Conference in the city.

Dubbed the “Future Science City”, district officials said the Changping facility – located in northern Beijing – will build public service platforms and robotics innovation enterprises to support the automation industry.

According to the bureau, two sites of the robotics industrial park are currently under construction, covering a total area of about 56,000m2 (602,779 sq ft).

The People’s Government of Beijing Municipality said, “the economy and information technology bureau of Changping stated that the district is home to 41 colleges and universities, which can offer solid talent and intellectual support for the advancement of the robotics industry.”

The sites in Changping district are expected to be completed in the first half of 2026.

Construction on another park in Yizhuang, on Beijing’s southern end, has not yet started.

Financial and contractor information for the projects was not available.

The Beijing municipal government, in 2023, was reported as committing US$1.4 billion to a robotics fund.

De bouw is begonnen met de eerste van een paar robotica-industrieparkprojecten in het noordelijke district Changping in Beijing, nadat dit was aangekondigd op de Wereldrobotconferentie van 2023 in de stad.

Districtsambtenaren, ook wel de ‘Future Science City’ genoemd, zeiden dat de Changping-faciliteit – gelegen in het noorden van Peking – publieke dienstverleningsplatforms en robotica-innovatiebedrijven zal bouwen ter ondersteuning van de automatiseringsindustrie.

Volgens het bureau zijn momenteel twee locaties van het robotica-industriepark in aanbouw, met een totale oppervlakte van ongeveer 56.000 m2.

De Volksregering van de gemeente Beijing zei: “Het economie- en informatietechnologiebureau van Changping verklaarde dat het district de thuisbasis is van 41 hogescholen en universiteiten, die solide talent en intellectuele ondersteuning kunnen bieden voor de vooruitgang van de robotica-industrie.”

De locaties in het Changping-district zullen naar verwachting in de eerste helft van 2026 worden voltooid.

De bouw van een ander park in Yizhuang, aan de zuidkant van Peking, is nog niet begonnen.

Er waren geen financiële gegevens en informatie over de contractanten voor de projecten beschikbaar.

Naar verluidt heeft de gemeentelijke overheid van Peking in 2023 1,4 miljard dollar toegezegd aan een roboticafonds.
