Hitachi Construction Machinery (Europe) NV (HCME) présentera certains de ses derniers outils numériques au salon Bauma 2025, lors d'une expérience numérique dédiée, sur le stand FN716. Ses solutions avancées ont été développées pour répondre à certains défis auxquels le secteur européen de la construction est confronté, notamment : le coût élevé des matériaux ; la pénurie de main-d'œuvre qualifiée ; et les retards de projets causés par des perturbations imprévues.

Parmi les innovations, citons les lunettes connectées XR, développées en collaboration entre Hitachi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., HMS Co., Ltd. et Holo-light GmbH. Cet accessoire ultra-résistant et avancé sera dévoilé au salon Bauma et permettra aux techniciens de chantier de bénéficier d'une assistance à distance depuis leur centre de service grâce à une aide visuelle, grâce à la technologie XR.

Autre développement récent : CONNECT, l'outil de gestion de flotte tout-en-un, offre un accès instantané aux dernières données de performance des engins de construction Hitachi, ainsi que d'autres marques. Depuis un seul système, les utilisateurs peuvent obtenir une vue d'ensemble de leur flotte, générer des rapports personnalisés sur des indicateurs clés, tels que le temps de ralenti, la consommation de carburant ou les émissions de CO2, et créer des zones de confinement géographique pour analyser la productivité.

Intuitive et conviviale, la plateforme CONNECT est facilement accessible depuis un smartphone ou une tablette et est disponible en 24 langues. Elle est également intégrée à Hitachi Global e-Service et à la solution de service ConSite.

« Nous sommes impatients de présenter les avantages de CONNECT à nos clients lors du salon Bauma cette année », déclare Pooja Gupta, chef de produit Solution Linkage chez HCME. « S'ils souhaitent améliorer leur efficacité, gérer plus efficacement l'ensemble de leur flotte ou optimiser les performances de leurs équipements, nous pouvons leur montrer comment CONNECT peut y parvenir. »

Parallèlement aux nouvelles solutions, HCME continue de développer et de mettre à jour son offre numérique existante. La gamme d'applications et de services ConSite en est un élément important. Elle est unique grâce à son approche globale de la gestion de l'état des machines et à ses innovations de pointe, telles que le capteur de surveillance de l'état de l'huile.

La plateforme ConSite évolue désormais pour fournir encore plus d'informations sur l'état des machines. « Grâce à l'intelligence artificielle et à plus de 20 ans d'expérience en données machines, nous développons des systèmes de capteurs pour réduire encore davantage le coût total de possession et améliorer la fiabilité des machines Hitachi », explique Arthur da Rocha Geremia, chef de produit chez HCME.

De nouvelles mises à jour de l'API télématique Hitachi sont en cours, reflétant l'adoption croissante de cette technologie. Grâce à l'introduction d'options de fréquence de données de 10 et 60 minutes, les clients bénéficient désormais d'informations en temps quasi réel et d'une vision plus précise et actualisée des opérations de leur flotte. Les ajustements de fréquence des données à distance sont possibles via Global e-Service, améliorant ainsi l'efficacité et simplifiant la gestion des machines.

Dans le cadre de cet engagement visant à rendre les données machines plus accessibles, les dernières mini-pelles Hitachi, des modèles ZX33U aux ZX65USB-6, sont désormais équipées des fonctionnalités avancées de l'API télématique.

Autre annonce intéressante : les clients peuvent désormais demander des plans CAO 2D et 3D de leurs équipements de construction Hitachi pour une utilisation avec le BIM (modélisation des données du bâtiment). « Ce nouveau service marque une étape importante dans notre transformation numérique et vise à mieux répondre aux exigences croissantes de nos clients », explique Pooja.

HCME présentera également sur son stand plusieurs machines équipées de systèmes de contrôle machine 2D et 3D des principaux fournisseurs du marché : Leica Geosystems, Trimble et Topcon. Pour accroître encore la sécurité et l'efficacité, HCME propose des systèmes de surveillance de la hauteur et de l'orientation, ainsi que des indicateurs de capacité nominale de Xwatch Safety Solutions.

L'accent mis sur l'innovation numérique lors du salon Bauma de cette année illustre la transformation de HCME en véritable fournisseur de solutions pour le secteur européen de la construction. Avec la transition vers une numérisation et une utilisation accrues des données, HCME sera parfaitement positionné pour relever les défis du secteur à venir.

Hitachi Construction Machinery (Europe) NV (HCME) will present some of its latest digital tools at Bauma 2025 in a dedicated Digital Experience on stand FN716. Its advanced solutions have been developed in response to some of the challenges facing Europe’s construction industry, including: the high cost of materials; a shortage of skilled workers; and project delays caused by unexpected disruptions.

Among the innovations are XR smart glasses developed in collaboration between Hitachi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., HMS Co., Ltd. and Holo-light GmbH. This highly durable and advanced accessory will be unveiled at Bauma, and allows site technicians to receive remote support from their service desk with a visual aid, using XR technology.

Another recent development is the all-in-one fleet management tool, CONNECT. This provides instant access to the latest performance data on Hitachi construction machinery, as well as other brands of equipment. All from one system, users can gain a bird’s-eye view of their fleet, generate custom reports on key metrics – such as idling time, fuel consumption or CO2 emissions – and create geofences to analyse productivity.

Intuitive and user-friendly, the CONNECT platform can be easily accessed via smartphone or tablet, and is available in 24 languages. It is also integrated with Hitachi Global e-Service and the ConSite service solution.

“We look forward to demonstrating the benefits of CONNECT to customers at Bauma this year,” says Pooja Gupta, HCME Product Manager Solution Linkage. “If they want to improve efficiency, manage their entire fleet more effectively, or enhance the performance of their equipment, we can show them how CONNECT can make that happen.”

Alongside new solutions, HCME is continuing to develop and update its existing digital offering. An important element is the ConSite family of applications and services. This is unique due to its comprehensive approach to machine health management, and industry-leading innovations, such as the oil condition monitoring sensor.

Now the ConSite platform is evolving to provide even more information about machine health. “Coupled with artificial intelligence – and over 20 years of machine data – we are developing sensor systems to further reduce the total cost of ownership and enhance the reliability of Hitachi machines,” explains HCME Product Manager Arthur da Rocha Geremia.

Further updates are being made to the Hitachi telematics API, reflecting the increasing adoption of this technology. With the introduction of 10-minute and 60-minute data frequency options, customers now gain near real-time insights and a more accurate, up-to-date view of their fleet operations. Remote data frequency adjustments are possible through Global e-Service, enhancing efficiency and streamlining machine management.

As part of this commitment to making machine data more accessible, the latest Hitachi mini excavators – from the ZX33U to ZX65USB-6 models – are now equipped with advanced data capabilities of Telematics API.

Another exciting announcement is that customers can now request 2D and 3D CAD drawings of their Hitachi construction equipment for use with BIM (building information modelling). “This new service marks a significant step in our digital transformation, and is designed to better support our customers’ growing demands,” explains Pooja.

HCME will also showcase several machines on its stand equipped with 2D and 3D machine controls systems from market-leading suppliers Leica Geosystems, Trimble and Topcon. To further increase safety and efficiency, HCME offers height and slew monitoring, and rated capacity indicators from Xwatch Safety Solutions.

The focus on digital innovation at this year’s Bauma exhibition shows how HCME is evolving into a true solution provider for Europe’s construction sector. As the shift towards increased digitalisation and data utilisation continues, it will be perfectly placed to tackle the industry challenges that lie ahead.

Hitachi Construction Machinery (Europe) NV (HCME) presenteert enkele van zijn nieuwste digitale tools op Bauma 2025 in een speciale Digital Experience op stand FN716. De geavanceerde oplossingen zijn ontwikkeld als antwoord op enkele uitdagingen waarmee de Europese bouwsector te maken heeft, waaronder: de hoge materiaalkosten; een tekort aan geschoolde werknemers; en projectvertragingen veroorzaakt door onverwachte verstoringen.

Tot de innovaties behoren de XR smart glasses die zijn ontwikkeld in samenwerking tussen Hitachi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., HMS Co., Ltd. en Holo-light GmbH. Deze uiterst duurzame en geavanceerde accessoire wordt onthuld op Bauma en stelt technici op locatie in staat om op afstand ondersteuning te krijgen van hun servicedesk met een visuele hulp, met behulp van XR-technologie.
