La nouvelle PK 165.002 TEC 7 est une grue robuste avec une portée et une puissance accrues, conçue pour répondre aux besoins croissants de portée et de performance sur les chantiers difficiles.

Le PK 165.002 TEC 7 a une portée de 42 mètres et une capacité de 32 tonnes, avec 9 rallonges hydrauliques, un fly jib et la possibilité d'ajouter deux rallonges manuelles supplémentaires.

La grue est équipée de la dernière génération de systèmes d'assistance PALFINGER qui simplifient l'exploitation et offrent une flexibilité maximale.

Le camion, associé à la grue auxiliaire à profil P PALFINGER, a été personnalisé pour répondre aux exigences spécifiques de Gil & Fils Levage, le rendant pratique, polyvalent et optimisé pour leurs opérations.

Gil & Fils Levage travaille avec PALFINGER depuis plus de deux décennies, démarrant l'activité avec un MAN 4x4 équipé d'un PALFINGER PK 21.502. 20 ans plus tard, le camion est toujours en service et impressionne par ses dimensions compactes sur les chantiers difficiles d'accès. En 2016, ils ont élargi leur flotte avec un PALFINGER PK 78002-SH. Over 20 years of trust, outreach and performance

Gil & Fils Levage has been working with PALFINGER for more than two decades, starting the business with a MAN 4x4 equipped with a PALFINGER PK 21.502. 20 years later, the truck is still in operation and impresses due to its compact size at construction sites that are difficult to access. In 2016, they expanded the fleet with a PALFINGER PK 78002-SH. The large capacity and fly jib (additional articulated arm) improve operations with heavy loads and high outreaches. The new PK 165.002 TEC 7 accompanies the PK 78002-SH perfectly, with even more outreach and power: "With this new heavy-duty crane, we want to strengthen our offering to our customers who have an increasing need for outreach and performance. As job sites become more difficult to access and the weight of materials increases, the truck often needs to be positioned further away. This should also allow us to develop new applications," explains Loïc Sonnerat, who runs the business with his father Gilles.

They enable Loïc Sonnerat to carry out spectacular operations with maximum flexibility. For example, on a recent delivery to the Rumilly Cinema, he precisely assembled glass panels over an outreach of up to 32 meters through a corridor with a false ceiling that was below the level of the glass. "All the sensors in the TEC series offer safety and ease of use. The radio control gives me all the on-board information I need in terms of total reach, distance extended, angles of the first and second booms, and weight. Stabilizing the machine is also easier and the HPSC-Plus Load System adjusts the capacity to the truck load."
Optimized bodywork

To complement the crane's outstanding performance, the body was designed to best meet the individual challenges of the company. It is extraordinarily well weight optimized and equipped with front stabilizers for 360 degree power, while offering a maximum number of storage compartments. As a result, our vehicle is perfectly adapted to our operating requirements: it is practical, versatile and every detail has been optimized,” says Sonnerat.

Het bedrijf maakt al meer dan twintig jaar gebruik van PALFINGER-kranen, waarbij drie van de vier vrachtwagenkranen zijn uitgerust met PALFINGER.

De nieuwe PK 165.002 TEC 7 is een zware kraan met een grotere reikwijdte en meer vermogen, ontworpen om te voldoen aan de toenemende behoefte aan reikwijdte en prestaties op moeilijke werklocaties.

Ze stellen Loïc Sonnerat in staat spectaculaire operaties met maximale flexibiliteit uit te voeren. Bij een recente levering aan bioscoop Rumilly monteerde hij bijvoorbeeld nauwkeurig glaspanelen over een reikwijdte van maximaal 32 meter door een gang met een verlaagd plafond dat zich onder het niveau van het glas bevond. Hij is buitengewoon goed qua gewicht geoptimaliseerd en uitgerust met stabilisatoren aan de voorkant voor 360 graden kracht, terwijl hij een maximaal aantal opbergvakken biedt. Bovendien heeft de hele vrachtwagen, gecombineerd met de hoogwaardige PALFINGER P-profiel autolaadkraan, een onberispelijke uitstraling. "We hadden zeer specifieke eisen voor de maatwerk en carrosserie die we wilden.
