PALFINGER dresse un bilan positif après l'IAA Transportation 2024. Sous la devise « Go for Solution P », le leader mondial du marché a présenté des solutions innovantes, notamment plusieurs premières de produits, notamment le lancement de la nouvelle série PALFINGER FLS. Un autre point fort a été les nacelles élévatrices de la nouvelle gamme TEC. Ces chariots élévateurs embarqués innovants avec siège pivotant breveté ont été présentés pour la première fois à Hanovre.

« L'IAA Transportation est un salon professionnel qui a lieu tous les deux ans. Nous avons présenté nos derniers produits haut de gamme intégrant des solutions logicielles intelligentes à un large public d'experts. L'IAA était une scène idéale pour la première apparition de nos derniers chariots élévateurs embarqués », déclare Andreas Klauser, PDG de PALFINGER. « Outre la présentation des nouveautés, les salons sont avant tout des lieux de rencontre et d'échange d'idées, dont nous apprenons beaucoup. Le fait que notre stand ait été un lieu de rencontre pour tant de clients et de partenaires commerciaux est pour moi un moment fort. »

Du transport de boissons à l'accès aux terrains accidentés, ces chariots élévateurs embarqués peuvent être utilisés pour une large gamme d'applications. Les modèles de la série innovante FLS sont équipés d'un siège pivotant breveté. PALFINGER est ainsi le seul fournisseur à proposer des chariots élévateurs embarqués dans toutes les catégories : avec sièges latéraux ou centraux, montés à l'arrière du véhicule porteur ou même en version télécommandée du modèle BM, placés dans une caisse de transport entre les essieux du véhicule porteur. Tous les modèles ont en commun les plus hauts standards de confort, de sécurité, de précision et de performance.
De nouvelles normes à tous les niveaux : la gamme de nacelles élévatrices TEC

La gamme de nacelles élévatrices TEC de PALFINGER est compacte, optimisée et à la pointe de la technologie. Les modèles existants ont été portés à un nouveau niveau et impressionnent par leurs charges de panier plus élevées, leur poids plus faible et la modularité spécialement développée entre les composants, qui simplifie la maintenance. PALFINGER a présenté sur son stand le modèle PT 19 TJ et, en coopération avec IVECO, un P 220 BK sans émissions, comprenant une interface haute tension nouvellement développée.

Le PT 19 TJ établit de nouvelles normes en matière de performances, de design, d'ergonomie et de durabilité. Grâce à des mesures de réduction de poids, il peut être équipé d'un pack de batteries eDRIVE, qui est conforme aux nouvelles réglementations de sécurité GSR et ne dépasse pas le poids total autorisé de 3,5 tonnes. Il dispose également d'une stabilisation automatique jusqu'à une inclinaison de cinq degrés, pour une sécurité accrue au travail quotidien.
Nouvelles grues de chargement PALFINGER TEC avec de nouvelles fonctionnalités intelligentes

La PK 1350 TEC a particulièrement intéressé les visiteurs. Cette grue robuste a été entièrement repensée et impressionne par son énorme portée et sa précision. Avec une portée allant jusqu'à 38,7 mètres et une capacité de levage de 109,3 tonnes, elle démontre de manière impressionnante comment puissance et efficacité peuvent être combinées même dans des espaces restreints.

PALFINGER a équipé la nouvelle série de grues de chargement TEC de diverses fonctions intelligentes. Le Lane Lock empêche tout pivotement involontaire dans des zones telles que la voie de circulation en sens inverse. Le Slewing Lock définit les angles et les arcs de pivotement. Et grâce à la fonction d'assistance au pliage, les opérateurs trouvent de manière semi-automatique la position exacte pour replier la grue. Cela permet de gagner du temps et de minimiser les dommages potentiels. La fonction d'assistance au déblocage de la flèche est également nouvelle. La grue s'assure automatiquement que la flèche articulée est toujours pré-tendue avant que la flèche principale ne puisse être déplacée, pour garantir une sécurité maximale et un fonctionnement fluide.

Avec de nouvelles normes en matière d'automatisation et trois caméras pour plus de sécurité, le bras de chargement HT 20 TEC a célébré sa première mondiale au salon IAA. Son écran interactif et sa surveillance améliorée du système ont suscité des réactions enthousiastes de la part de l'industrie. Équipé du V-Drive In-Cab Control, il offre aux utilisateurs une configuration flexible et une utilisation intuitive. Grâce à son nouveau pack d'options, le HT 20 TEC peut désormais être adapté encore plus précisément aux besoins des clients.

En outre, les innovations numériques telles que PALFINGER CONNECTED plus+, qui fournit des données en temps réel et optimise la gestion de la flotte, ont suscité un vif intérêt. PALFINGER draws a positive balance following IAA Transportation 2024. Under the motto “Go for Solution P”, the global market leader presented innovative solutions including a number of product premieres - above all was the launch of the new PALFINGER FLS series. Another highlight was the aerial work platforms in the new TEC range. These innovative truck-mounted forklifts with a patented swivel seat were presented for the first time in Hanover.

“The IAA Transportation is a trade show that is hosted every two years. We presented our latest premium products incorporating smart software solutions to a wide audience of experts. The IAA was an ideal stage for the first appearance of our latest truck-mounted forklifts,” says Andreas Klauser, CEO of PALFINGER. “In addition to displaying what is new, trade fairs are primarily about meeting people and exchanging ideas, from which we learn a lot. The fact that our stand was a meeting place for so many customers and business partners is a highlight for me.”

From transporting beverages to accessing rough terrain - these truck-mounted forklifts can be used for a wide range of applications. The models in the innovative FLS series are equipped with a patented swivel seat. This makes PALFINGER the only provider to have truck-mounted forklifts in all categories: with side or center seats, mounted at the rear of the carrier vehicle or even as a remote-controlled version of the BM model, placed in a transport box between the axles of the carrier vehicle. What all models have in common is the highest standards of comfort, safety, precision and performance.
New standards on all levels: the TEC range of aerial work platforms

The PALFINGER TEC range of aerial work platforms are compact, optimized and at the cutting edge of technology. The existing models have been raised to a new level and impress with their higher basket loads, lower weight and the specially developed modularity between the components, which simplifies maintenance. PALFINGER displayed on their stand the PT 19 TJ model and, in cooperation with IVECO, an emission-free P 220 BK, including a newly developed high-voltage interface.

The PT 19 TJ sets new standards in performance, design, ergonomics and sustainability. Through weight-reducing measures, it can be equipped with an eDRIVE battery pack, which complies with the new GSR safety regulations and does not exceed the permitted total weight of 3.5 tons. It also features automatic stabilization up to an inclination of five degrees, for enhanced safety during everyday work.
New PALFINGER TEC loader cranes with new smart features

The PK 1350 TEC was of particular interest to the visitors. This heavy-duty crane has been redesigned from the ground up and impresses with its enormous outreach and precision. With an outreach of up to 38.7 meters and a lifting capacity of 109.3 meter tons, it impressively demonstrates how power and efficiency can be combined even in tight spaces.

PALFINGER has equipped the new TEC series of loader cranes with a variety of smart features. The Lane Lock prevents unintentional pivoting into areas such as the oncoming traffic lane. The Slewing Lock defines pivot angles and arcs. And using the Folding Assist function, operators semi-automatically find the exact position to fold the crane. This saves time and minimizes potential damage. The Boom Release Assist function is also new, with the crane automatically ensuring that the knuckle boom is always pre-tensioned before the main boom can be moved, to ensure maximum safety and smooth operation.

With new standards in automation and three cameras for greater safety, the HT 20 TEC hookloader celebrated its world premiere at the IAA. Its interactive display and improved system monitoring generated enthusiastic feedback from the industry. Equipped with V-Drive In-Cab Control, it gives users flexible configuration and intuitive operation. Thanks to its new package of options, the HT 20 TEC can now be adapted even more precisely to customer requirements.

In addition, digital innovations such as PALFINGER CONNECTED plus+, which provides real-time data and optimizes fleet management, met with great interest. Visitors to the trade fair praised the combination of powerful hardware solutions and pioneering digital tools, which significantly improve efficiency and safety in everyday working life.

PALFINGER boekt een positieve balans na IAA Transportation 2024. Onder het motto "Go for Solution P" presenteerde de wereldmarktleider innovatieve oplossingen, waaronder een aantal productpremières - met als belangrijkste de lancering van de nieuwe PALFINGER FLS-serie. Een ander hoogtepunt waren de hoogwerkers in de nieuwe TEC-serie. Deze innovatieve meeneemheftrucks met gepatenteerde draaistoel werden voor het eerst gepresenteerd in Hannover.

"De IAA Transportation is een vakbeurs die om de twee jaar wordt gehouden. We presenteerden onze nieuwste premiumproducten met slimme softwareoplossingen aan een breed publiek van experts. De IAA was een ideaal podium voor de eerste presentatie van onze nieuwste meeneemheftrucks", aldus Andreas Klauser, CEO van PALFINGER. De modellen in de innovatieve FLS-serie zijn uitgerust met een gepatenteerde draaistoel. Daarmee is PALFINGER de enige aanbieder die meeneemheftrucks in alle categorieën heeft: met zij- of middenstoelen, gemonteerd aan de achterkant van het dragende voertuig of zelfs als op afstand bestuurbare versie van het BM-model, geplaatst in een transportbox tussen de assen van het dragende voertuig. Wat alle modellen gemeen hebben, zijn de hoogste normen voor comfort, veiligheid, precisie en prestaties.

De PALFINGER TEC-serie hoogwerkers is compact, geoptimaliseerd en technologisch geavanceerd. De bestaande modellen zijn naar een nieuw niveau getild en imponeren met hun hogere mandbelastingen, lagere gewicht en de speciaal ontwikkelde modulariteit tussen de componenten, die het onderhoud vereenvoudigt. PALFINGER presenteerde op hun stand het model PT 19 TJ en, in samenwerking met IVECO, een emissievrije P 220 BK, inclusief een nieuw ontwikkelde hoogspanningsinterface.

De PT 19 TJ zet nieuwe normen op het gebied van prestaties, design, ergonomie en duurzaamheid. Door gewichtsbesparende maatregelen kan hij worden uitgerust met een eDRIVE-accupakket, dat voldoet aan de nieuwe GSR-veiligheidsvoorschriften en het toegestane totaalgewicht van 3,5 ton niet overschrijdt. De Slewing Lock definieert draaihoeken en bogen. En met de Folding Assist-functie vinden machinisten semi-automatisch de exacte positie om de kraan in te klappen. Dit bespaart tijd en minimaliseert mogelijke schade. Ook nieuw is de Boom Release Assist-functie, waarbij de kraan automatisch zorgt dat de knikarm altijd voorgespannen is voordat de hoofdarm kan worden verplaatst, om maximale veiligheid en soepele werking te garanderen.

Met nieuwe normen in automatisering en drie camera's voor meer veiligheid vierde de haakarm HT 20 TEC zijn wereldpremière op de IAA. Het interactieve display en de verbeterde systeembewaking genereerden enthousiaste feedback van de industrie. Uitgerust met V-Drive In-Cab Control biedt het gebruikers flexibele configuratie en intuïtieve bediening.
