Nouveau HR22 SE
Le développement d'une plate-forme à flèche droite offre aux clients une nouvelle option intéressante pour un fonctionnement rapide et simple avec d'excellentes performances.
« Les clients nous ont demandé une option de flèche droite simplifiée et moins coûteuse qui présente toujours l'excellence technique et de fabrication de Niftylift. Nous sommes donc ravis de présenter notre HR22 SE. Il est parfait pour la construction et d'autres applications industrielles, et offre une portée et un contrôle exceptionnels grâce à une conception entièrement électrique qui garantit un bruit et des émissions réduits sur site. Le HR22 SE peut couvrir une grande zone de travail avec une portée allant jusqu'à 21,7 m (71 pi) à partir d'une plate-forme qui s'étend jusqu'à 19,7 m (65 pi) verticalement et avec une portée horizontale de 18,8 m (62 pi). Cette excellente couverture se combine avec plusieurs autres caractéristiques qui plairont aux utilisateurs. Le déport arrière est de seulement 0,55 m (22 po) pour un fonctionnement dans les endroits encombrés et il y a une articulation verticale du panier jusqu'à 150˚ et un mouvement horizontal équivalent de 170˚ pour accéder aux zones difficiles d'accès.

L'expérience de conduite est fluide grâce à un système de suspension arrière et les vitesses de déplacement peuvent atteindre jusqu'à 5,5 km/h (3,4 mi/h) avec un rayon de braquage de 7,7 m (25 pi 4 po).
L'utilisation est simple grâce à ses commandes intuitives et entièrement proportionnelles, tandis que les grands écrans d'information de 11 cm (4,3 po) à la base et au panier fournissent des informations précieuses sur l'état de la machine. La tranquillité d'esprit vient de la technologie SiOPS® éprouvée et primée, qui empêche le fonctionnement involontaire prolongé. Comme pour tous les nouveaux modèles de l'entreprise, la télématique Niftylink® est incluse pour la surveillance à distance.
Le panier du nouveau HR22SE peut accueillir jusqu'à 280 kg (620 lb) de personnel et d'outils à l'intérieur du panier de 2,4 m x 0,9 m (7 pi 10 po x 2 pi 11 po).

Nouvelle offre HR12
Le deuxième lancement de Niftylift est une version mise à jour de son HR12 4x4. Avec ce nouveau modèle, la société dispose désormais de versions améliorées de la gamme complète de machines de cette catégorie, notamment le HR12LE (faible poids), le HR12N (étroit) et le HR12NE (étroit, électrique).
La flèche modifiée du dernier HR12 4x4 offre une portée horizontale accrue de 6,4 m (21 pi) tandis que la hauteur de travail est fixée à 12,1 m (39 pi 6 po). Les performances 4x4 signifient qu'il existe un puissant système de transmission intégrale pour une confiance accrue sur les surfaces irrégulières, ainsi que des pneus tout-terrain à bande de roulement profonde pour une adhérence supplémentaire même sur un sol meuble. La puissance provient désormais de la conception hybride rechargeable Gen2 de Niftylift pour permettre un fonctionnement à partir d'un moteur efficace conforme à la norme européenne Stage V ou avec zéro émission via son mode d'alimentation électrique uniquement, en fonction des besoins du client et de l'environnement de travail local.

Niftylift launch two models at this year’s Vertikal Days including its first-ever straight boom platform. The introductions are taking pride of place on the company’s stand at the UK show on September 11 and 12.
New HR22 SE
The development of a straight boom platform gives customers an exciting new option for fast and straightforward operation with excellent performance credentials.
“Customers have been asking us for a simplified, lower cost, straight boom option that still features Niftylift’s trademark engineering and manufacturing excellence. So we’re delighted to introduce our HR22 SE. It’s perfect for construction, and other industrial applications, and delivers great reach and control from an all-electric design that ensures lower noise and emissions on site. The HR22 SE can cover a large working area with up to 21.7 m (71 ft) of reach from a platform that extends up to 19.7 m (65 ft) vertically and with a horizontal outreach of 18.8 m (62 ft). This excellent coverage combines with several other features that will appeal to users. Tail swing is just 0.55 m (22 in) for operation in congested spots and there’s vertical articulation of the basket of up to 150˚and equivalent horizontal movement of 170˚ to access those difficult-to-reach areas.
The unit’s zero-emissions, electric drive is based on proven Niftylift technology and there’s a low-noise pump for even less disturbance. Power comes from a configuration of 8 x 400 Ah batteries that deliver 48 V and up to five days of consecutive operations, with a 60 A charger for re-powering. The driving experience is smooth thanks to a rear suspension system and travel speeds can reach up to 5.5 km/h (3.4 mph) with a turning radius of 7.7 m (25 ft 4 in).
Operating is simple via its intuitive, fully proportional controls, while the large 11 cm (4.3 in) information screens at the base and basket provide valuable information on the machine’s status. Peace of mind comes from the proven and award-winning SiOPS® technology, which prevents sustained involuntary operation. As with all new models from the company, Niftylink® telematics is included for remote monitoring.
The basket on the new HR22SE can accommodate up to 280 kg (620 lbs) of personnel and tools inside the 2.4 m x 0.9 m (7 ft 10 in x 2 ft 11 in) basket.

New HR12 offering
The second launch from Niftylift is an updated version of its HR12 4x4. With this new model, the company now has upgraded versions of the full complement of machines in this class, including the HR12LE (low weight), HR12N (narrow) and HR12NE (narrow, electric).
The modified boom on the latest HR12 4x4 delivers increased horizontal outreach of 6.4 m (21 ft) while working height is set at 12.1 m (39 ft 6 in). The 4x4 performance means there’s a powerful four-wheel drive system for increased confidence across uneven surfaces plus deep tread rough terrain tyres to provide extra grip even on soft ground. Power now comes from Niftylift’s Gen2 Plug-In Hybrid design to enable operation from an efficient EU stage V-compliant engine or with zero-emissions via its electric-only power mode depending on customer needs and local work environment.
Other new design features include the intelligent SiOPS® technology to prevent involuntary operation and Niftylink® telematics for remote monitoring. As with all new Niftylift products, Niftylink® also comes with one year’s free access to the host of data and insights the system provides.
