Les premières centrales à béton de la nouvelle génération Liebherr sont déjà opérationnelles. Une de ces installations a récemment été livrée à Mobil Baustoffe en tant qu'installation double. Les facteurs décisifs dans la décision d'opter pour cette installation Liebherr ont été la qualité élevée du produit, la conception peu encombrante et le délai de livraison court.

Avec leurs malaxeurs à double arbre de 3 m³, les deux centrales peuvent débiter jusqu'à 250 m³ de béton par heure. Jusqu'à 280 m³ de granulats peuvent être stockés dans les huit chambres des silos de série. Les quatre chambres séparées peuvent être remplies d'un côté au moyen de cloisons pivotantes. Cela signifie que la centrale à double dosage peut être alimentée efficacement et rapidement grâce à l'accès centralisé aux silos des deux séries. Jusqu'à six types de liants d'une capacité totale de 600 tonnes peuvent être stockés dans la section ciment.
Efficacité et haute disponibilité

La centrale de malaxage réduit les émissions de CO2

Les convertisseurs de fréquence contrôlent les entraînements de la bande de pesée, de la benne de chargement, de la section ciment et du mélangeur. Cela peut entraîner des économies d'énergie allant jusqu'à 30 % et tous les processus peuvent être optimisés à tous les niveaux. Les processus de mélange hybrides et les temps de mélange plus courts sont faciles à réaliser et les pics de puissance sont réduits. L'usure est également considérablement réduite grâce au démarrage et à l'arrêt en douceur des entraînements. Ce sont cependant les convertisseurs de fréquence qui offrent le potentiel le plus grand et le plus important dans le dosage du ciment avec une précision de +/- 0,5 %. Avec une recette typique de 300 kg de ciment par mètre cube de béton, on peut économiser jusqu'à 7,5 kg de ciment – ce qui constitue un argument important pour la nouvelle génération de centrales à béton d'un point de vue écologique et financier. Un excellent exemple de l'innovation de cette installation sont les deux mélangeurs à double arbre, qui peuvent ajuster la vitesse pendant le processus de mélange pour permettre des recettes encore plus précises.

The new generation of batching plants from Liebherr is also available as a mobile version known as Mobilmix. As a double plant, it can supply very large volumes of concrete and yet is extremely mobile and can be set up or moved in no time at all.

The first concrete batching plants of the new Liebherr generation are already up and running. One such plant was recently delivered to Mobil Baustoffe as a double plant. The decisive factors in the decision to opt for this Liebherr plant were the high product quality, the space-saving design and the short delivery time.
High versatility with impressive output capacity

Strabag will not accept any compromises when it comes to supplying concrete to construction sites in future. Mobil Baustoffe, a subsidiary of Strabag, has acquired two high-performance concrete batching plants of the new generation from Liebherr for this purpose. With their 3 m³ twin-shaft mixers, the two batching plants can deliver up to 250 m³ of concrete per hour. Up to 280 m³ of aggregates can be stored in the eight chambers of the series silos. The four separate chambers can be filled from one side by means of swivelling partitions. This means that the double batching plant can be fed efficiently and quickly due to the centralised access to both series silos. Up to six types of binding agent with a total capacity of 600 tonnes can be stored in the cement section.
Efficiency and high availability

Thanks to its robust design, the Liebherr batching plant is low-wear and easy to maintain. In addition, the product quality and galvanised design ensure high availability and a long service life. At Mobil Baustoffe, the plant was fully installed within two weeks thanks to easy-to-assemble components and was ready for concrete production a week later. Benefits that are essential for an economical and efficient construction site.
Mixing plant reduces CO2 emissions

Frequency converters control the drives on the weighing belt, charger skip, cement section and mixer. This can result in energy savings of up to 30 percent and all processes can be optimised across the board. Hybrid mixing processes and shorter mixing times are easy to achieve and power peaks are reduced. There is also a considerable reduction in wear thanks to the smooth starting and stopping of the drives. It is the frequency converters however that offer the greatest and most important potential in the dosing of cement with an accuracy of +/- 0.5 %. With a typical recipe with 300 kg of cement per cubic metre of concrete, up to 7.5 kg of cement can be saved − which is an important argument for the new batching plant generation from an ecological and financial point of view. An excellent example of the innovation of this plant is the two twin-shaft mixers, which can adjust the speed during the mixing process to enable even more precise recipes.

De nieuwe generatie batchinstallaties van Liebherr is ook verkrijgbaar als mobiele versie, genaamd Mobilmix. Als dubbele installatie kan hij zeer grote hoeveelheden beton leveren en is hij toch uiterst mobiel en in een mum van tijd op te zetten of te verplaatsen.

De eerste betoncentrales van de nieuwe Liebherr-generatie zijn al operationeel. Eén zo'n fabriek werd onlangs als dubbele fabriek aan Mobil Baustoffe geleverd. Doorslaggevend bij de keuze voor deze Liebherr-fabriek waren de hoge productkwaliteit, het ruimtebesparende ontwerp en de korte levertijd.
Hoge veelzijdigheid met indrukwekkende uitvoercapaciteit

Strabag accepteert in de toekomst geen compromissen als het gaat om het leveren van beton aan bouwplaatsen. Mobil Baustoffe, een dochteronderneming van Strabag, heeft hiervoor twee krachtige betoncentrales van de nieuwe generatie van Liebherr overgenomen. Met hun dubbelassige mengers van 3 m³ kunnen de twee betoncentrales tot 250 m³ beton per uur leveren. In de acht kamers van de seriesilo's kan tot 280 m³ toeslagmateriaal worden opgeslagen. De vier afzonderlijke kamers zijn door middel van draaibare schotten vanaf één zijde te vullen. Dit betekent dat de dubbele batchinstallatie efficiënt en snel kan worden gevoed door de centrale toegang tot beide seriesilo's. In de cementsectie kunnen maximaal zes soorten bindmiddel met een totale capaciteit van 600 ton worden opgeslagen.
Efficiëntie en hoge beschikbaarheid

Dankzij het robuuste ontwerp is de Liebherr batchinstallatie slijtvast en gemakkelijk te onderhouden. Bovendien zorgen de productkwaliteit en de verzinkte uitvoering voor een hoge beschikbaarheid en een lange levensduur. Bij Mobil Baustoffe was de installatie dankzij eenvoudig te monteren componenten binnen twee weken volledig geïnstalleerd en een week later klaar voor de betonproductie. Voordelen die essentieel zijn voor een economische en efficiënte bouwplaats.
Menginstallatie vermindert de CO2-uitstoot

Frequentieomvormers regelen de aandrijvingen van de weegband, laadbak, cementsectie en mixer. Dit kan een energiebesparing tot wel 30 procent opleveren en alle processen kunnen over de hele linie worden geoptimaliseerd. Hybride mengprocessen en kortere mengtijden zijn eenvoudig te realiseren en vermogenspieken worden verminderd. Bovendien is er een aanzienlijke vermindering van de slijtage dankzij het soepele starten en stoppen van de aandrijvingen. Het zijn echter de frequentieomvormers die het grootste en belangrijkste potentieel bieden bij het doseren van cement met een nauwkeurigheid van +/- 0,5%. Met een typisch recept van 300 kg cement per kubieke meter beton kan tot 7,5 kg cement worden bespaard – wat vanuit ecologisch en financieel oogpunt een belangrijk argument is voor de nieuwe generatie betoncentrales. Een mooi voorbeeld van de innovatie van deze fabriek zijn de twee dubbelassige mengers, die tijdens het mengproces de snelheid kunnen aanpassen om nog nauwkeurigere recepten mogelijk te maken.

De samenwerking tussen Liebherr en Strabag samen met dochteronderneming Mobil Baustoffe was uitstekend: van de installatie tot de exploitatie van de fabriek verliep alles vlekkeloos.
