Mollo acquiert un spécialiste du transport aérien

Mollo Nolleggio a acquis la société italienne Albatros Piattaforme. Aucun détail financier de la transaction n'a été divulgué.

Fondée en 2003 et basée à Brescia, Albatros est spécialisée dans la location de plates-formes élévatrices, notamment des plates-formes automotrices, des nacelles araignées et des plates-formes montées sur camion.

L'entreprise propose également des pelles et des chariots élévateurs dans sa flotte et peut fournir à la fois la location de machines et un opérateur qualifié.

Selon Mollo, grâce à l'acquisition, Albatros pourra offrir à ses clients un vaste réseau de 60 centres de location opérant en Italie.

Depuis lors, la société a conclu plusieurs transactions pour rapprocher ce nombre de 60.

Mollo Nolleggio has acquired Italy-based company Albatros Piattaforme. No financial details of the deal have been disclosed.

Founded in 2003 and headquartered in Brescia, Albatros specialises in the rental of lifting platforms, including self-propelled platforms, spider lifts and truck-mounted platforms.

The company also offers excavators and forklifts as part of its fleet and can provide both machine rental and a qualified operator.

According to Mollo, Albatros will be able to offer its customers a widespread network of 60 rental centres operating in Italy thanks to the acquisition.

Mauro Mollo, president of the Mollo Group, said, “We enthusiastically welcome Albatros and its employees to our Group. We are confident that together we can develop important synergies and increase mutual expertise, with the aim of continuously improving the service to our customers and achieving ever more ambitious goals.”

The deal for Albatros comes after a period of significant growth for Mollo. Last year the company hit a depot landmark with the acquisition of Manetta Noleggi, bringing the number of Mollo depots across Italy to 50.

Since then the company has completed several deals to take that number closer to 60.

Mollo Nolleggio heeft het in Italië gevestigde bedrijf Albatros Piattaforme overgenomen. Er zijn geen financiële details over de deal bekendgemaakt.

Albatros, opgericht in 2003 en met hoofdkantoor in Brescia, is gespecialiseerd in de verhuur van hefplatforms, waaronder zelfrijdende platforms, spinhoogwerkers en vrachtwagenhoogwerkers.

Het bedrijf biedt ook graafmachines en vorkheftrucks aan als onderdeel van zijn wagenpark en kan zowel machineverhuur als een gekwalificeerde machinist leveren.

Volgens Mollo zal Albatros dankzij de overname haar klanten een wijdverspreid netwerk van 60 verhuurcentra in Italië kunnen aanbieden.
