HD Hyundai Construction Equipment Europe lance la pelle sur pneus HW65A et le modèle sur chenilles HX65A, renforçant ainsi la présence de l'entreprise sur le marché des machines compactes. Propulsées par des moteurs Hyundai Stage V, les machines sont dotées d'une nouvelle cabine spacieuse, de joysticks proportionnels standard et d'une facilité d'entretien améliorée.

Hyundai a mis à jour ses pelles compactes de poids moyen, avec l'introduction du modèle de chenilles HX65A et de la machine à roues HW65A. Les deux pelles remplacent les populaires R55-9A et R55W-9A, avec une conception révisée, de nouvelles technologies et des fonctionnalités améliorées.
Le poids en ordre de marche a été augmenté à 6,0-6,5 tonnes, selon les spécifications, et les deux machines sont désormais équipées du propre moteur diesel Stage V de Hyundai. Ce moteur de 2,4 litres délivre une puissance nominale maximale de 48,5 kW, avec un couple disponible de 248 Nm et il entraîne un système hydraulique à centre ouvert Bosch-Rexroth éprouvé, avec des vannes de commande principales Parker et un moteur de rotation Eaton.
Le système hydraulique est équipé de série de joysticks proportionnels, avec un interrupteur de verrouillage du vérin monté sur la tête du levier gauche. La tuyauterie du brise-roche à double effet est également un équipement standard et la tuyauterie de rotation est disponible en option en usine. Les excavatrices sont équipées d'un moteur de rotation amélioré, offrant une vitesse de fonctionnement et un couple accrus, augmentant la productivité dans les opérations de creusement et de chargement.
La nouvelle conception de la cabine offre un espace amélioré pour l'opérateur, avec une visibilité accrue et un siège de l'opérateur entièrement réglable et chauffant. Un système de climatisation révisé fournit un flux d'air optimisé dans la cabine et réduit les niveaux de bruit à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Apportant la technologie des plus grandes pelles Hyundai, les machines compactes disposent désormais d'un écran tactile de 7 pouces. Cela peut être utilisé pour régler les débits hydrauliques auxiliaires pour les accessoires.
Les phares de travail de la cabine ont été améliorés et il existe désormais l'option de protections FOG (Falling Object Guard) complètes à l'avant et au-dessus de la cabine, pour fournir une protection supplémentaire lors de la démolition et d'autres sites d'exploitation dangereux. Les machines à roues et à chenilles ont des capots moteur à large ouverture, offrant un accès facile aux éléments d'entretien régulier. Tous les filtres sont placés dans le compartiment moteur, avec un accès au niveau du sol et une boîte à outils montée dans le capot. Un filtre à air à double couche offre une durée de vie prolongée et le système télématique Hi-MATE de Hyundai est disponible pour fournir une surveillance à distance du fonctionnement et des performances de la machine.

HD Hyundai Construction Equipment Europe is launching the HW65A wheeled excavator and the HX65A crawler model, strengthening the company’s presence in the compact machinery market. Powered by Stage V Hyundai engines, the machines boast a spacious new cab, standard proportional joysticks and improved serviceability.
The HW65A and HX65A feature:

Compact dimensions
Hyundai has updated its mid-weight compact excavators, with the introduction of the HX65A crawler model and the HW65A wheeled machine. The two excavators replace the popular R55-9A and R55W-9A, boasting a revised design, new technologies and upgraded features.
The operating weight has been increased to 6.0-6.5 tonnes, depending on specification, and both machines are now powered by Hyundai’s own Stage V diesel engine. This 2.4-litre motor delivers a maximum power rating of 48.5kW, with 248Nm of torque available and it drives a proven Bosch-Rexroth open centre hydraulic system, with Parker main control valves and an Eaton swing motor.
The hydraulic system is equipped with proportional joysticks as standard, with a ram lock switch mounted on the left-hand lever head. Double-acting breaker piping is also standard equipment and rotation piping is available as an option from the factory. The excavators feature an improved swing motor, offering increased operating speed and torque, boosting productivity in digging and loading operations.
The new cab design delivers improved space for the operator, with increased visibility and a fully adjustable and heatable operator seat. A revised air conditioning system provides optimised airflow within the cab and there are lower noise levels inside and externally. Bringing technology from larger Hyundai excavators, the compact machines now feature a 7” touchscreen monitor. This can be used to set auxiliary hydraulic flows for attachments.
Cabin working lights have been improved and there is now the option of full FOG (Falling Object Guard) guards at the front and top of the cabin, to provide additional protection on demolition and other hazardous operating sites. Rear and side view cameras provide improved visibility all around the machines.
In response to customer demand, the wheeled HW65A will be offered with a choice of single or twin tyres, available from the factory, to allow the machine to better adapt to a range of job site requirements, delivering optimal traction and stability.

Both the wheeled and tracked machines have wide opening engine hoods, providing easy access to regular maintenance items. All filters are placed within the engine compartment, with ground level access and a toolbox mounted within the cowl. A double-layer air cleaner delivers prolonged service life and Hyundai’s Hi-MATE telematic system is available to provide remote monitoring of machine working and performance.

Hyundai heeft zijn middelgrote compacte graafmachines geüpdatet met de introductie van het HX65A-rupsmodel en de HW65A-machine op wielen. De twee graafmachines vervangen de populaire R55-9A en R55W-9A en hebben een herzien ontwerp, nieuwe technologieën en verbeterde functies.

De compacte machines brengen technologie van grotere Hyundai-graafmachines en hebben nu een 7-inch touchscreen-monitor. Dit kan worden gebruikt om hulphydrauliekstromen voor aanbouwdelen in te stellen.
Werklampen in de cabine zijn verbeterd en er is nu de optie van volledige FOG-afscherming (Falling Object Guard) aan de voor- en bovenkant van de cabine, voor extra bescherming op sloop- en andere gevaarlijke werklocaties. Achter- en zijzichtcamera's zorgen voor beter zicht rondom de machines.
Als antwoord op de vraag van de klant zal de HW65A op wielen worden aangeboden met een keuze uit enkele of dubbele banden, leverbaar vanaf de fabriek, zodat de machine zich beter kan aanpassen aan een reeks vereisten op het werkterrein en optimale tractie en stabiliteit levert.

Zowel de machines op wielen als de machines op rupsbanden hebben motorkappen die wijd open kunnen, zodat u gemakkelijk bij de onderdelen voor regulier onderhoud kunt komen. Alle filters zijn in het motorcompartiment geplaatst, met toegang vanaf de grond en een gereedschapskist in de motorkap. Een dubbellaags luchtfilter zorgt voor een langere levensduur en het Hi-MATE telematicasysteem van Hyundai is beschikbaar om de werking en prestaties van de machine op afstand te bewaken.
