Issue de la gamme zéro émission d'Hitachi et KTEG, cette pelle de 15 tonnes offre une alternative puissante et durable aux machines diesel conventionnelles.
La ZE135 est équipée d'une puissante batterie de 300 kWh, offrant une autonomie allant jusqu'à six heures. Grâce à une technologie de pointe, la machine peut être rechargée en toute flexibilité, soit en courant continu via une interface CCS2, soit en courant alternatif avec une ou deux interfaces d'une capacité allant jusqu'à 63 A chacune. De plus, la ZE135 peut également être commandée par câble pour garantir une disponibilité continue sur le chantier.
La KTEG ZE135 est basée sur la Hitachi ZX135, une machine éprouvée, et offre le même niveau de confort élevé et les mêmes performances hydrauliques exceptionnelles que son homologue diesel. Le puissant système hydraulique permet d'utiliser sans restriction divers accessoires, rendant cette pelle idéale pour une large gamme d'applications. Hitachi Construction Machinery (Europe) NV (HCME) and KTEG continue their journey towards an emission-free future and present the KTEG ZE135 at Bauma. As part of Hitachi and KTEG’s zero-emission product line, the 15-tonne excavator provides a powerful and sustainable alternative to conventional diesel machines.
The ZE135 is equipped with a powerful 300 kWh battery, enabling an operating time of up to six hours. Thanks to state-of-the-art technology, the machine can be charged flexibly using DC charging via a CCS2 interface or AC charging with one or two interfaces with capacities of up to 63 A each. Additionally, the ZE135 can also be operated via cable to ensure continuous availability on the construction site.
The KTEG ZE135 is based on the proven Hitachi ZX135 and offers the same high level of comfort and outstanding hydraulic performance as its diesel counterpart. The powerful hydraulics allow various attachments to be operated without restrictions, making the excavator ideal for a wide range of applications. At the same time, the electric drive ensures quiet and emission-free operation, making it particularly attractive for urban job sites and sensitive environments.
A special highlight of the ZE135 is the innovative autonomous control, developed in collaboration with Gravis Robotics. In the demo area of the Bauma exhibition stand (FN.716), the machine will operate autonomously: it will receive its work instructions, such as excavating a trench, via a tablet and execute them independently. This combination of zero-emission technology and artificial intelligence elevates the KTEG ZE135 to a new level of innovation and demonstrates the future of autonomous, emission-free construction.
