 Doka, l'expert international du coffrage et de l'échafaudage, dévoile une nouvelle famille de systèmes de coffrage de dalles au salon bauma 2022. Le système révolutionnaire DokaXdek se compose de trois éléments complémentaires : la table DokaXdek, le panneau DokaXdek et le cadre en I DokaXdek. Ce système très polyvalent a été conçu pour répondre aux problèmes actuels et futurs tels que la sécurité, l'ergonomie et l'économie sur les chantiers de construction du monde entier. De manière unique, le système a été développé en parallèle pour se combiner de manière transparente pour une polyvalence maximale, des processus de travail rationalisés et une rentabilité accrue. Il impressionne également en tant que système autonome.

La nouvelle table DokaXdek offre tous les avantages habituels d'une table à dalles, tels que la vitesse, la sécurité et l'économie, en particulier sur les chantiers de taille moyenne à grande. Avec un cadre en acier robuste et galvanisé à chaud, la table DokaXdek a une durabilité, une flexibilité et une maniabilité impressionnantes. La table à dalles est disponible en quatre formats différents de quatre ou cinq mètres de long et de deux et 2,5 mètres de large. La tête pivotante assure une liaison solide entre la table DokaXdek et les étais EUREX. Le cadre DokaXdek-I (version de démonstration) peut former des dalles de manière ergonomique et sûre dans une configuration par une seule personne.

La table DokaXdek fait partie intégrante de la famille DokaXdek et peut soulever des dalles jusqu'à 112 cm d'épaisseur. Une particularité est la hauteur de 12 cm qui permet d'économiser de l'espace pour un stockage et un transport plus faciles. Le format discret exprime également l'engagement de Doka envers la durabilité. Jusqu'à trois fois plus de tables peuvent être transportées sur un seul camion qu'auparavant, ce qui réduit les émissions de CO2 tout en économisant du temps et de l'argent. La table plate de la famille DokaXdek peut être couplée de manière modulaire et transparente à tous les combinés DokaXdek et systèmes Dokaflex.

Le coffrage sûr et rapide de dalles jusqu'à une hauteur de 5,20 m et le coffrage au bord de la dalle ne posent aucun problème au DokaXbot.

La tête de support flexible obtient également un score élevé. Il peut être monté n'importe où sur le cadre du panneau et, en combinaison avec l'étai de sol Doka, fournit le support nécessaire. Le panneau DokaXdek offre également une grande flexibilité de montage. Les panneaux peuvent être montés longitudinalement et transversalement et peuvent être pivotés latéralement. En ajoutant un seul autre étai, le système peut traiter des épaisseurs de dalle allant jusqu'à 40 cm en utilisation standard et même jusqu'à 65 cm. La sécurité est depuis longtemps l'un des principaux axes de développement de Doka. Le DokaXdek I-Frame représente une toute nouvelle innovation ; un prototype sera présenté pour la première fois au bauma 2022. Pesant moins de 15 kg, l'I-Frame offre une ergonomie améliorée et une fatigue physique réduite pour les travailleurs. Il peut facilement être combiné avec le panneau DokaXdek et permet une flexibilité géométrique accrue. Il est également livré avec une tête de support flexible et une protection intégrée contre le soulèvement, pour une sécurité, une flexibilité et une ergonomie améliorées sur le chantier. Le DokaXdek I-Frame sera commercialisé en 2023.

Doka a fait un pas de géant vers l'automatisation sur le chantier de coffrage de dalles en développant le DokaXbot. Un tout nouveau prototype du DokaXbot sera exposé au salon bauma. Le montage sûr et rapide de coffrages de dalles jusqu'à 5,2 m de hauteur et le coffrage au bord de la dalle se font sans effort pour le DokaXbot. Le DokaXbot est compatible avec l'entrée de porte et donc universellement applicable. Un opérateur le pré-positionne au bon endroit. Les panneaux DokaXdek et les cadres en I DokaXdek sont soulevés semi-automatiquement à la hauteur sélectionnée et mis en place. De cette manière, le DokaXbot réduit la charge de travail de l'équipe de chantier et augmente ainsi considérablement la sécurité et la productivité de l'équipe. « Avec le DokaXbot, nous avons un vrai changement de jeu dans notre manche : le formage des brames deviendra plus automatisé. Nous libérons ainsi de nouveaux potentiels pour nos clients en termes de rentabilité, tout en nous concentrant plus que jamais sur les personnes et leurs besoins en termes d'ergonomie et de sécurité », explique Robert Hauser.

Le système DokaXdek, avec la table DokaXdek et le panneau DokaXdek, qui représente l'un des plus grands projets d'innovation de Doka, sera disponible en Allemagne, en Autriche, en Norvège et en Suède à partir de fin 2022 et sera déployé à l'international en 2023.

 Doka, the international formwork and scaffolding expert, is unveiling a new slab-formwork system family at bauma 2022. The revolutionary system, DokaXdek, consists of three complementary elements – the DokaXdek table, DokaXdek panel, and DokaXdek I-frame. This highly versatile system has been designed to address current and future issues such as safety, ergonomics and economy on construction sites worldwide. Uniquely the system has been developed in parallel to seamlessly combine for maximum versatility, streamlined work processes and increased cost-effectiveness. It also impresses as a stand-alone system.

The DokaXdek panel is a lightweight and flexible two-person element system that can be safely assembled and disassembled from the ground.

The new DokaXdek table offers all the usual advantages of a slab table, such as speed, safety and economy – especially on medium to large construction sites. With a robust, hot-dip galvanized steel frame, the DokaXdek table has impressive durability, flexibility and handling. The slab table is available in four different formats of four or five meters in length, and two and 2.5 meters in width. The swivel head ensures a strong connection between the DokaXdek table and EUREX floor props. It also adds flexibility, as it can be bolted in both longitudinal and cross profiles.

The DokaXdek-I frame (demo version) can form slabs ergonomically and safely in a one-person setup.

The DokaXdek table is a strong part of the DokaXdek family and can lift slabs up to 112 cm in thickness. A special feature is the 12 cm height which saves space for easier storage and transportation. The low profile format also expresses Doka’s commitment to sustainability. Up to three times as many tables can be transported on a single truck than before, which reduces CO2 emissions as well as saving time and money. The slab table from the DokaXdek family can be coupled modularly and seamlessly to all DokaXdek handset and Dokaflex systems.

Safe and fast forming of slabs at heights of up to 5.20 m and forming at the slab edge is no problem for the DokaXbot.

The DokaXdek panel is the flexible and lightweight two-person handset formwork system that can be set up safely from the ground. It consists of a robust aluminum frame with a resistant powder coating and highly durable Xlife panel for many and, consistently good concrete results. The low weight and the size of 1 x 2 meters make the system easy to handle, thereby improving safety and easing manual transportation around the construction site. The flexible support head also gets a high score. It can be mounted anywhere on the panel frame, and in combination with the Doka floor prop provides the necessary support. The DokaXdek panel also offers a great deal of flexibility in assembly. Panels can be erected lengthwise and crosswise, and can be swiveled up sideways. By adding just one other prop, the system can handle slab thicknesses of up to 40 cm in standard use and even up to 65 cm. Safety has been a key focus of development at Doka for a long time. The smart up-lift protection secures the panels and the entire system during handling and in windy conditions.

The DokaXdek I-Frame represents a completely new innovation; a prototype will be shown for the first time at bauma 2022. Weighing less than 15 kg, the I-Frame delivers improved ergonomics and reduced physical strain for workers. It can easily be combined with the DokaXdek panel, and enables increased geometrical flexibility. It also comes with a flexbile support head and an integrated uplift protection, for improved construction site safety, flexibility and ergonomics. The DokaXdek I-Frame will be on the market in 2023.

Doka has taken a giant step towards automation on the slab formwork construction site by developing the DokaXbot. A brand-new prototype of the DokaXbot will be on display at bauma. Safe and fast slab formwork erection for heights of up to 5.2 m and forming at the slab edge are effortless for the DokaXbot. The DokaXbot is door-entry capable and therefore universally applicable. An operator pre-positions it in the correct location. The DokaXdek panels and DokaXdek I-frames are semi-automatically lifted to the selected height and placed in position. In this way, the DokaXbot reduces the workload of the site crew and thus significantly increases the crew’s safety and productivity. “With the DokaXbot, we have a real game changer up our sleeve – slab forming will become more automated. In this way, we are unlocking new potential for our customers in terms of cost-effectiveness, while focusing more than ever on people and their needs in terms of ergonomics and safety,” explains Robert Hauser.

The DokaXdek system, with the DokaXdek table and DokaXdek panel, which represents one of Doka’s largest innovation projects, will be available in Germany, Austria, Norway and Sweden from the end of 2022 and will roll out internationally in 2023.

 Doka, de internationale bekistings- en steigerexpert, onthult op bauma 2022 een nieuwe familie van plaatbekistingssystemen. Het revolutionaire systeem, DokaXdek, bestaat uit drie complementaire elementen: de DokaXdek-tafel, het DokaXdek-paneel en het DokaXdek I-frame. Dit zeer veelzijdige systeem is ontworpen om actuele en toekomstige problemen aan te pakken, zoals veiligheid, ergonomie en zuinigheid op bouwplaatsen over de hele wereld. Uniek is dat het systeem parallel is ontwikkeld om naadloos te combineren voor maximale veelzijdigheid, gestroomlijnde werkprocessen en verhoogde kosteneffectiviteit. Het maakt ook indruk als een stand-alone systeem.

Het veilig en snel vervormen van platen op hoogtes tot 5,20 m en vervormen aan de plaatrand is geen probleem voor de DokaXbot.

Het DokaXdek paneel is het flexibele en lichtgewicht tweepersoons handbekistingssysteem dat veilig vanaf de grond kan worden opgesteld. Het bestaat uit een robuust aluminium frame met een resistente poedercoating en zeer duurzaam Xlife-paneel voor vele en constant goede betonresultaten. Het lage gewicht en de afmeting van 1 x 2 meter maken het systeem gemakkelijk te hanteren, waardoor de veiligheid wordt verbeterd en handmatig transport over de bouwplaats wordt vergemakkelijkt. Ook de flexibele steunkop scoort hoog. Hij kan overal op het paneelframe worden gemonteerd en zorgt in combinatie met de Doka vloersteun voor de nodige ondersteuning. Ook bij de montage biedt het DokaXdek paneel veel flexibiliteit. Panelen zijn zowel in de lengte als in de breedte op te bouwen en zijdelings opklapbaar. Door slechts één extra steun toe te voegen, kan het systeem plaatdiktes aan tot 40 cm bij standaardgebruik en zelfs tot 65 cm. Veiligheid is bij Doka al lange tijd een belangrijk aandachtspunt bij de ontwikkeling. De slimme optilbeveiliging beveiligt de panelen en het hele systeem tijdens het hanteren en in winderige omstandigheden.

Het DokaXdek I-Frame staat voor een geheel nieuwe innovatie; een prototype zal voor het eerst worden getoond op bauma 2022. Met een gewicht van minder dan 15 kg biedt het I-Frame verbeterde ergonomie en verminderde fysieke belasting voor werknemers. Het kan eenvoudig worden gecombineerd met het DokaXdek-paneel en zorgt voor meer geometrische flexibiliteit. Het wordt ook geleverd met een flexibele steunkop en een geïntegreerde bescherming tegen optillen, voor meer veiligheid, flexibiliteit en ergonomie op de bouwplaats. Het DokaXdek I-Frame komt in 2023 op de markt.

Met de ontwikkeling van de DokaXbot heeft Doka een grote stap gezet in de richting van automatisering op de bouwplaats van de plaatbekisting. Op de bauma zal een gloednieuw prototype van de DokaXbot te zien zijn. Een veilige en snelle montage van de plaatbekisting tot een hoogte tot 5,2 m en het vormen aan de plaatrand zijn moeiteloos voor de DokaXbot. De DokaXbot is geschikt voor toegang tot de deur en is daarom universeel toepasbaar. Een operator plaatst het vooraf op de juiste locatie. De DokaXdek panelen en DokaXdek I-frames worden semi-automatisch naar de gekozen hoogte getild en op hun plaats gezet. Op deze manier vermindert de DokaXbot de werklast van het bouwpersoneel en verhoogt zo de veiligheid en productiviteit van het personeel aanzienlijk. “Met de DokaXbot hebben we een echte gamechanger in petto: het vormen van platen wordt meer geautomatiseerd. Op deze manier ontsluiten we nieuwe mogelijkheden voor onze klanten op het gebied van kosteneffectiviteit, terwijl we ons meer dan ooit richten op mensen en hun behoeften op het gebied van ergonomie en veiligheid”, legt Robert Hauser uit.

Het DokaXdek-systeem, met de DokaXdek-tafel en DokaXdek-paneel, dat een van Doka's grootste innovatieprojecten vertegenwoordigt, zal vanaf eind 2022 beschikbaar zijn in Duitsland, Oostenrijk, Noorwegen en Zweden en zal in 2023 internationaal worden uitgerold.
