CIFA célèbre fièrement la production de la machine Carbotech numéro 500. Cela fait longtemps que Carbotech numéro un n'a pas été présenté à Bauma 2010, après les premiers prototypes étudiés les années précédentes. C'est en partie grâce à l'impulsion donnée par l'acquisition de CIFA par le groupe Zoomlion, qui a permis de réaliser des projets plus ambitieux et pionniers, comme l'introduction de la fibre de carbone pour les rampes des camions pompes et pompes malaxeurs. CIFA a été le premier à introduire la fibre de carbone dans le secteur du béton, révolutionnant un domaine notoirement traditionnel. Depuis, de plus en plus de clients se tournent vers Carbotech pour ses machines performantes basées sur une technologie de plus en plus conviviale. Des premiers modèles de pompes sur camion (K45H et K62H) et de pompes sur camion malaxeur (MK25H), la gamme Carbotech a en effet évolué pour devenir la gamme actuelle de six modèles de 40 à 80 mètres, à nulle autre pareille. Chaque machine est équipée des derniers systèmes technologiques pour simplifier le travail sur site avec une sécurité maximale. Un exemple est la Carbotech numéro 500 : une pompe K47H avec une flèche de 47 mètres, dont les deux derniers tronçons sont en carbone, et qui est devenue l'un des produits les plus vendus de CIFA.
Pourquoi le carbone ?
La fibre de carbone offre plusieurs avantages et est utilisée depuis des années dans de nombreux domaines et applications car elle est légère et solide et peut être réparée facilement : comme c'est une fibre, et donc un tissu, elle ne nécessite pas de soudure et ne subit pas de dommages en raison de l'usure ou de la corrosion. Une fois durci avec une chaleur et une pression contrôlées, il devient durable et durable. L'utilisation de carbone dans la fabrication de certaines sections de la flèche d'une pompe de camion rend la machine plus légère et plus stable et économe en carburant ou, en d'autres termes, plus durable économiquement et écologiquement. Grâce à ces économies de poids considérables, des rampes de 40, 47, 53 et 60 mètres et plus peuvent être montées sur des camions où des rampes de longueurs plus courtes sont normalement montées ; et en plus de respecter les limites de poids, ces nouvelles flèches garantissent également une charge utile plus élevée à la disposition de l'opérateur.

The Carbotech series has reached a round figure: the 500th machine has left the factory, proving that the decision to introduce carbon fibre into the concrete industry has been a winning one.
CIFA proudly celebrates the production of Carbotech machine number 500. It's been a long time since Carbotech number one was showcased at Bauma 2010, after the first prototypes studied in the previous years. This is thanks in part to the impetus of the acquisition of CIFA by the Zoomlion Group, which made it possible to carry out more ambitious and pioneering projects, such as the introduction of carbon fibre for booms on truck pumps and mixer pumps. CIFA was the first to introduce carbon fibre to the concrete sector, revolutionising a field that is notoriously traditional. Since then, more customers have turned to Carbotech for its high-performance machines based on increasingly user-friendly technology. From the first models of truck pumps (K45H and K62H) and truck mixer pumps (MK25H), the Carbotech line has in fact evolved to become the current range of six models of 40 to 80 metres, unlike any others ever seen before. Each machine is equipped with the latest technological systems to simplify work on site with maximum safety. An example is the Carbotech number 500: a K47H pump with a 47-metre boom, whose last two sections are in carbon, and which has become one of CIFA’s bestselling products.
Why carbon?
Carbon fibre offers several advantages and has been used for years in many fields and applications because it is light and strong and can be repaired with ease: as it is a fibre, and therefore a fabric, it does not require welding and does not suffer damage due to wear or corrosion. Once hardened with controlled heat and pressure, it becomes durable and long-lasting. The use of carbon in the manufacture of some sections of the boom of a truck pump makes the machine lighter and more stable and fuel-efficient or, in other words, more economically and ecologically sustainable. Thanks to these considerable weight savings, booms of 40, 47, 53 and 60 metres and more can be mounted on trucks where booms of shorter lengths are normally mounted; and in addition to respecting the weight limits, these new booms also guarantee a higher payload available to the operator.

CIFA viert met trots de productie van Carbotech-machine nummer 500.
