Bobcat a été sélectionné comme lauréat du Red Dot Award : Design Concept pour RogueX2, une chargeuse conceptuelle entièrement électrique et entièrement autonome.
Le Red Dot Design Award est l'un des prix de design les plus respectés au monde, avec sa catégorie Design Concept qui identifie et célèbre les nouveaux concepts de design et les innovations en tant que précurseurs des grands produits de demain.

Exposé au CES 2024, le RogueX2 est une machine puissante et intelligente qui ne produit aucune émission et dispose d'une batterie lithium-ion, d'une cinématique de levage et d'inclinaison à entraînement électrique sans système hydraulique.
Spécialement conçu et construit sans cabine, le RogueX2 explore l’idée de la manière dont les machines de travail du futur peuvent être conçues et optimisées pour les nouvelles technologies et permettre une expérience de travail entièrement nouvelle. Conçu avec des roues pour optimiser l’autonomie de la batterie électrique, le RogueX2 est équipé de moteurs à flux axial, qui confèrent à la machine un effort de traction incroyable.
Le RogueX2 a été construit comme un terrain d’essai pour faire progresser le leadership en matière d’innovation de Bobcat et a recueilli de nombreux nouveaux brevets en attente.

Au stade de la recherche et du développement, le RogueX2 primé n’est pas disponible dans le commerce.

Key to the machine’s development was the Bobcat Global Design Studio, which supported the project in collaboration with the Bobcat Global Innovation team.
On display at CES 2024, the RogueX2 is a powerful, smart machine that produces zero emissions and features a lithium-ion battery, electric drive actuated lift and tilt kinematics with no hydraulics.
Specifically designed and built without a cab, RogueX2 explores the idea of how work machines of the future can be designed and optimized for new technologies and enable an entirely new work experience. Designed with wheels to optimize the electric battery run time, the RogueX2 features axial flux motors, which give the machine incredible tractive effort.
The RogueX2 was built as a proving ground to advance Bobcat’s innovation leadership and has garnered many new patents pending.
“To build a smarter, more sustainable and connected future, we must ask the questions no one else has thought to ask before and invent new solutions that previously did not exist,” continued Honeyman.
In the research and development stage, the award-winning RogueX2 is not commercially available.

Speciaal ontworpen en gebouwd zonder cabine, verkent de RogueX2 het idee hoe werkmachines van de toekomst ontworpen en geoptimaliseerd kunnen worden voor nieuwe technologieën en een geheel nieuwe werkervaring mogelijk maken. De RogueX2 is ontworpen met wielen om de looptijd van de elektrische accu te optimaliseren en beschikt over axiale fluxmotoren, die de machine een ongelooflijke trekkracht geven.
De RogueX2 werd gebouwd als een proefterrein om Bobcats leiderschap op het gebied van innovatie te bevorderen en heeft veel nieuwe patenten in behandeling gekregen.
