The focus will be on a PST/SL-E split self-propelled modular transporter with hydraulic widening. Goldhofer op BAUMA 2025: Op maat gemaakte oplossingen met innovatie en toegevoegde waarde voor zwaar transport

Goldhofer zal op BAUMA 2025 innovatieve transportoplossingen presenteren, waaronder de PST/SL-E split zelfrijdende modulaire transporter met hydraulische verbreding en E-PowerPack.

De »ARCUS« P 5 met »CARGOPLUS« banden zal worden benadrukt vanwege zijn lage laadhoogte en hoge wendbaarheid, waarmee nieuwe normen worden gesteld in zware logistiek.

Goldhofer en TECO zullen de HS 850 zware kraan demonstreren, met de nadruk op zijn hybride aandrijfsysteem en veelzijdigheid voor industriële toepassingen.

De RA 3-100 (4+7) zal worden gepresenteerd als een ideale oplossing voor het transporteren van windmolendelen, met een hoog laadvermogen en wendbaarheid.

Goldhofer zal de HeavyGoods-app voor digitale transportplanning introduceren, ter vervanging van easyLOAD en ter verbetering van de efficiëntie met geavanceerde algoritmen en cloudtechnologie.

De »STARLINE«-serie, waaronder de modellen »STEPSTAR« en »TRAILSTAR«, zal worden gekenmerkt door hun lage rijhoogtes, duurzaamheid en efficiëntie in zware logistiek.

Op de BAUMA 2025 van dit jaar, 's werelds grootste vakbeurs voor bouwvoertuigen en -machines in alle sectoren, zal Goldhofer Aktiengesellschaft opnieuw een aantal baanbrekende innovaties presenteren. BAUMA 2025 wordt gehouden op het beursterrein van de Messe München van 7 tot 13 april 2025.

Op stand FN.819 op het Noord-buitenterrein nodigt Goldhofer - als premium partner voor alle sectoren - bezoekers uit om echte toegevoegde waarde te ervaren met zijn transportoplossingen, waaronder opwindende innovaties die exclusief op BAUMA 2025 worden gepresenteerd.
Het hoogtepunt van de beurs: zelfrijdende modulaire transporter met hydraulische verbreding en E-PowerPack

De regelmatige productdemonstraties van Goldhofer op de BAUMA van dit jaar zullen een hele reeks hoogtepunten bevatten. De focus ligt op een PST/SL-E split zelfrijdende modulaire transporter met hydraulische verbreding. Met een aslast van 45 t en een variabele breedte van 3.000 mm tot 5.100 mm is de split met hydraulische verbreding een uitstekende oplossing voor het transporteren van omvangrijke ladingen. De enorme trekkracht van het voertuig garandeert onvergelijkbare en efficiënte prestaties. Met de hoge mate van flexibiliteit die het verbredingssysteem biedt, is de PST/SL-E split een ideaal werkpaard voor het transporteren van industriële ladingen. Dankzij de verbredingsmogelijkheid is de lading altijd veilig, wat vooral belangrijk is bij het verplaatsen van grote en zware ladingen. Het betekent ook dat er minder aslijnen nodig zijn. Bovendien biedt het voertuig een hoge mate van combineerbaarheid binnen de Goldhofer heavy-duty modulefamilie.

De combinatie die op BAUMA wordt getoond, wordt aangedreven door Goldhofer's gloednieuwe E-PowerPack. "Voor de ontwikkeling van onze E-PowerPack hebben we optimaal gebruikgemaakt van synergieën met onze Airport Technology-divisie. Onze jarenlange ervaring en expertise op het gebied van volledig elektrische vliegtuigtrekkers, waarvan sommige ruim 300 ton kunnen verplaatsen, leverden waardevolle knowhow op. Hierdoor kunnen we op de BAUMA een technisch volwassen product presenteren dat voldoet aan de hoge verwachtingen van onze klanten", aldus Robert Steinhauser, Vice President Sales and Service.

De »ARCUS« P 5 met »CARGOPLUS« banden zal een ander hoogtepunt zijn op de BAUMA. Met een indrukwekkend laadvermogen en de laagste laadhoogte op de markt biedt de »ARCUS« P 5 een onverslaanbare combinatie van efficiëntie en flexibiliteit. Met een laadhoogte van slechts 735 mm, verkrijgbaar met Goldhofer's »CARGOPLUS« banden en een veerweg van 500 mm, maakt de »ARCUS« het laden een veilig en eenvoudig proces. Dankzij een combinatie van gedwongen- en frictiegestuurde assen biedt de

»ARCUS« optimale stuur- en bochtprestaties, wat resulteert in een lage bandenslijtage op elke rijhoogte. De centrale, gebruiksvriendelijke bediening zorgt voor eenvoudige bediening en maximale efficiëntie.

Dennis Leschensky, Director Sales Europe / North Africa, beschrijft de »ARCUS« als een mijlpaal in de zware logistiek: "Met zijn lage laadhoogte en hoge wendbaarheid stelt de »ARCUS« P nieuwe normen voor de industrie. Klanten profiteren van een enorm laadvermogen en lage bandenslijtage, waardoor het een onmisbare partner is in dagelijkse transportoperaties." De meerdere opties voor het vastzetten van de lading en de innovatieve »TRAFFIDECK GOTM«-vloer garanderen het hoogste veiligheidsniveau. Met de »ARCUS« P 5 presenteert Goldhofer een oplossing die zowel qua veiligheid als efficiëntie indrukwekkend is.

Sterk team op BAUMA: Goldhofer en TECO
De productdemonstraties van Goldhofer omvatten ook een toepassing voor industriële klanten in samenwerking met het Duitse TECO GmbH:

Gemonteerd op de »ARCUS« P 5, stelt de HS 850 heavy-duty kraan van TECO nieuwe normen voor hefvermogen en veelzijdigheid. Met zijn hybride aandrijfsysteem kan de kraan puur elektrisch of in combinatie met een externe voeding en powerpack worden bediend. Hij wordt geleverd met afstandsbediening voor nauwkeurige bediening van alle functies en lastkoppelbewaking voor maximale veiligheid. "Onze HS 850 is een echte allrounder", zegt Michael Haid, Managing Director van TECO, en hij voegt toe: "Hij kan op elk chassis of transportvoertuig worden gemonteerd en snel naar de gewenste locatie worden verplaatst voor onmiddellijke bediening. Dit bespaart tijd en geld." De samenwerking met Goldhofer op de BAUMA is een indrukwekkend voorbeeld van hoe de sterke punten van Goldhofer-voertuigen ze ideaal maken voor gebruik met de HS 850. De Goldhofer »ARCUS« P wordt aanbevolen voor toegang over de weg, terwijl de PST/SL-E met het E-PowerPack dat dit jaar op de BAUMA wordt getoond, de perfecte oplossing is voor off-road locaties. Michael Haid: "Qua competentie passen TECO en Goldhofer perfect bij elkaar. Door onze samenwerking kunnen we klanten nog meer flexibiliteit en efficiëntie bieden", zegt Haid, en hij voegt toe: "Voor transport plaatsen we de kraan op een meerassige dieplader." Voor off-road toepassingen en werken in krappe ruimtes zoals fabrieken en tunnels kan de HS 850 ook worden gemonteerd op de nauwkeurig bediende en zeer flexibele zelfrijdende heavy-duty modules van Goldhofer, die dankzij een stuurhoek van ±135° en een veerweg van 600 mm nog meer wendbaarheid bieden.
Toonaangevend op het gebied van windenergie: Goldhofer als allround leverancier

De Goldhofer RA 3-100 (4+7) die op de beurs wordt getoond, is de ideale oplossing voor het veilige en efficiënte transport van torendelen voor de windenergiesector. Met een maximaal laadvermogen van 100 ton en een indrukwekkende slag van 2.000 mm biedt de RA 3-100 uitstekende prestaties en flexibiliteit. Een chassisbreedte van 2.950 mm garandeert een uitstekende zijdelingse stabiliteit voor maximale veiligheid onderweg. Luchtgeveerde assen zorgen voor een ladingvriendelijk transport, terwijl ergonomische bediening en onderhoudsvriendelijk ontwerp zorgen voor eenvoudige bediening en een hoge betrouwbaarheidsstandaard. De vrijdraaiende inrichtingen en een achterstuursysteem dat kan worden aangepast aan de lengte van de lading, zorgen voor optimale manoeuvreerbaarheid, zelfs bij de grootste en zwaarste torendelen. Voor nog veiliger en sneller laden gebruikt Goldhofer een 4-punts pick-upsysteem met eenvoudige verplaatsing van de klemunits. Dit maakt het laden en lossen een eenmansoperatie zonder gebruik van een kraan. Dennis Leschensky, Director Sales Europe / North Africa, zegt: "Met de RA 3-100 zetten we een nieuwe maatstaf in torentransport. Onze klanten profiteren van een hoge mate van wendbaarheid en een ongecompliceerd systeemontwerp dat torensectietransporten veilig en efficiënt maakt."

Sinds de lancering op BAUMA 2022 heeft de PST/SL-E-split zich gevestigd als een krachtige aanvulling op de vloot. Deze zware modulaire transporter biedt ongeëvenaarde flexibiliteit en prestaties, mede dankzij de universele combineerbaarheid binnen de gehele Goldhofer heavy-duty modulefamilie. Of het nu gaat om ladingen met een hoog zwaartepunt of grote windturbinecomponenten, de PST/SL-E-split is de ideale oplossing voor een breed scala aan transportvereisten.

Jean-Philippe Martin, Director of Sales International Business, zegt: "De PST/SL-E-split is een echte game changer. De aandrijfaslijnen stellen ons in staat om het totale aantal benodigde aslijnen te verminderen en tegelijkertijd de transportprestaties te verhogen. Het resultaat is een lager brandstofverbruik en een hogere efficiëntie."

Een van de voordelen van de PST/SL-E split is de mogelijkheid om ladingen met een hoog zwaartepunt veilig te vervoeren. "Het verbredingssysteem en de hydraulische ondersteuningscircuits van het voertuig zorgen voor een verbeterde kantelstabiliteit, wat vooral van onschatbare waarde is bij het vervoeren van uitdagende ladingen", aldus Martin. Met standaard vrachtwagenbanden en een beproefd besturingssysteem combineert de PST/SL-E split maximale flexibiliteit met eenvoudige bediening. Verkrijgbaar in 4- en 6-assige uitvoeringen en met optionele accessoires voor 1+½ combinaties, is het de ideale oplossing voor een breed scala aan transportvereisten, met name voor het vervoeren van turbinebladen voor de windenergie-industrie. Het langetermijnpotentieel van dit transportconcept in combinatie met de volgende generatie Goldhofer FTV's zal duidelijk worden aangetoond op de BAUMA.

Goldhofer stelt ook nieuwe normen op het gebied van digitale transportplanning en tilt daarbij de efficiëntie en prestaties van haar voertuigen naar een nieuw niveau. Dankzij de samenwerking met de makers van de online software HeavyGoods.net wordt de planning van zware transporten met Goldhofer-voertuigen eenvoudiger en zuiniger. Vanaf BAUMA 2025 wordt easyLOAD vervangen door de krachtige HeavyGoods-app. Deze moderne software draait in elke standaardwebbrowser en maakt met zijn intuïtieve bediening en geavanceerde algoritmen een snelle en nauwkeurige transportplanning mogelijk. De behoefte aan hoogopgeleide medewerkers wordt aanzienlijk verminderd, omdat de HeavyGoods-app aslasten, buigmomenten, kantelstabiliteit, overbelastingslimieten, ladingvastsjorring en geveegde paden berekent en gegevens uit 3D-dronebeelden kan integreren. De app versnelt vergunningaanvraagprocessen en elimineert in veel gevallen de noodzaak van route-inspecties - voor sterk gereduceerde kosten en verhoogde efficiëntie. Goldhofer richt zich op haar kernactiviteit: de bouw van premiumvoertuigen. De samenwerking met HeavyGoods.net zorgt ervoor dat Goldhofer-klanten ook profiteren van moderne digitale diensten. De voordelen liggen voor de hand: premium software voor premium voertuigen, de bewezen nauwkeurigheid van easyLOAD gecombineerd met innovatieve cloudtechnologie. Goldhofer-klanten krijgen speciale kortingen bij de overstap naar HeavyGoods. Goldhofer levert zelfs geschikte datasets voor hun voertuigen - helemaal gratis. Op BAUMA 2025 presenteert het HeavyGoods-team de nieuwe software op de Goldhofer-stand (FN.819), en bezoekers kunnen deze zelf testen en alle nieuwe functies uitproberen.

De »STARLINE« van Goldhofer is al jaren de maatstaf in de zware logistiek en zal uiteraard ook op BAUMA 2025 te zien zijn. Met de modellen »STEPSTAR« en »TRAILSTAR« biedt Goldhofer uitstekende oplossingen voor een breed scala aan transportvereisten. De attracties van beide producten zijn onder meer hun lage rij- en laadhoogtes en lage eigengewicht, waardoor ze ideale metgezellen zijn voor dagelijkse transportactiviteiten.

De »STEPSTAR« Z 4 is voorzien van »CARGOPLUS«-banden, twee wieluitsparingen en een graafmachinegiekuitsparing. Hij biedt optimale stabiliteit plus uitstekende wendbaarheid dankzij zijn gedwongen gestuurde assen. "Met de »STEPSTAR« – met »CARGOPLUS«-banden voor een lage rijhoogte van 790 mm en een aslast van 10 ton – profiteren onze klanten van een voertuig dat tijd en geld bespaart dankzij snellere mobilisatie en kortere omwegafstanden." zegt Robert Steinhauser, Vice President of Sales and Service, en hij voegt toe: "Met een ontwerpfocus op duurzaamheid en weinig onderhoud, en het gebruik van kwaliteitscomponenten van BPW en Neumeister, heeft het voertuig ook een hoge restwaarde." Eenvoudige bediening en een premium sjorsysteem van RUD zorgen voor een veilige en efficiënte ladingbeveiliging, terwijl afstandsbediening voor alle functies de dagelijkse handelingen voor chauffeurs vereenvoudigt en de bediening gemakkelijker maakt.

De »TRAILSTAR« 4 is speciaal ontworpen voor het transport van standaard bouwmachines: hij combineert een ongeëvenaarde laadhoogte van slechts 795 mm met een aslast van 10 ton. "De lage laadhoogte en het sterk gereduceerde eigen gewicht van de »TRAILSTAR« betekenen maximale brandstofbesparing en volledige operationele flexibiliteit", aldus Steinhauser. Met het laadplatform dat ver naar voren is doorgetrokken en een brede uitsparing voor de graafmachinegiek is hij ideaal voor het transport van bouwmachines en andere zware lasten. Luchtvering met twee rijhoogtes en een aslastindicator maken de »TRAILSTAR« zeer veelzijdig en klaar voor de toekomst.

Met zijn combinatie van innovatieve technologie en de bewezen kwaliteitstechniek van Goldhofer stelt de »STARLINE« nieuwe normen in de zware logistiek. "Onze voertuigen zijn ontworpen om ervoor te zorgen dat ze voldoen aan de eisen van onze klanten en tegelijkertijd maximale efficiëntie en veiligheid garanderen", aldus Steinhauser.
