Initialement présentée au salon Batimat 2024 à Paris, l'Igo M 24-19 est conçue pour la construction et la rénovation résidentielles.

Cette grue se caractérise par une conception compacte, trois configurations de flèche et une capacité maximale de 1,8 t.

Ses principales fonctionnalités incluent la configuration intelligente, le système de contrôle de grue Potain (CCS), le contrôle de l'entraînement et le contrôle de la puissance.

Le système télématique Potain CONNECT™ offre des diagnostics à distance, des analyses avancées et la gestion de flotte.

Remplace l'Igo M 14, modèle phare de Potain, l'Igo M 24-19 est idéale pour la construction et la rénovation de maisons individuelles, ce qui en fait un excellent choix pour les constructeurs et les charpentiers. Le nouveau modèle se distingue par sa conception compacte, mesurant seulement 11,83 m de long une fois replié, ce qui lui permet d'accéder facilement aux chantiers étroits et restreints.

L'Igo M 24-19 propose trois configurations de flèche : 12,3 m, 21 m et 24 m, offrant ainsi une grande polyvalence pour s'adapter aux différentes exigences des chantiers. Livrée avec un lest permanent, elle dispose de trois options d'essieu directeur : une barre de remorquage à 25 km/h, une barre de remorquage à 80 km/h et une sellette d'attelage pour une flexibilité maximale.

Avec une capacité maximale de 1,8 t, la grue peut soulever jusqu'à 570 kg avec sa flèche de 24 m de long et sa hauteur sous crochet de 19 m. De plus, elle peut fonctionner en position haute de 11° ou 20° pour une hauteur sous crochet accrue si nécessaire.

Ce nouveau modèle intègre les dernières améliorations des grues à montage automatisé Potain, notamment les fonctionnalités standard suivantes :

Smart Setup : Guidage à distance pour le pliage et le dépliage automatiques de la grue.

Potain Crane Control System (CCS) : Optimise les performances de levage, améliore l'ergonomie de l'opérateur et accroît la flexibilité sur le chantier.

Drive Control : Offre un contrôle total et un levage précis sur le chantier.

Power Control : Alimentation adaptable pour une polyvalence optimale.

Essieu directeur : Améliore la maniabilité pour des performances optimales dans les espaces restreints.

La grue est également équipée du système télématique Potain CONNECT™, qui fournit des diagnostics à distance, des analyses avancées et des informations de gestion de flotte afin de maximiser la disponibilité et l'utilisation de la grue. This innovative model was initially introduced to French audiences at Batimat 2024 in Paris this September but will now be showcased to a global audience for the first time.

Replacing Potain’s top-selling Igo M 14, the Igo M 24-19 is ideal for new home construction and renovations, making it an excellent choice for builders and carpenters. The new model features a compact design, measuring just 11.83 m in length when folded, allowing it to easily access narrow and restricted jobsites.

The Igo M 24-19 offers three jib configurations—12.3 m, 21 m, and the full 24 m—providing the versatility to adapt to various jobsite requirements. It comes with a permanent ballast installed and features three steering axle options for travel: a 25 km/h tow bar, an 80 km/h tow bar, and a fifth wheel for maximum flexibility.

With a maximum capacity of 1.8 t, the crane can lift up to 570 kg at its maximum jib length of 24 m, and it has a hook height of 19 m. Additionally, it can operate in a raised jib position of 11° or 20° for increased height under the hook when needed.

The new model includes the latest upgrades for Potain self-erecting cranes, including the following standard capabilities:

Smart Set-up: Remote-controlled guidance for automatic folding and unfolding of the crane.

Potain Crane Control System (CCS): Maximizes lifting performance, improves operator ergonomics, and increases jobsite flexibility.

Drive Control: Provides complete control and precision lifting on the jobsite.

Power Control: Adaptable power supply for versatility.

Steering Axle: Enhances maneuverability for optimal performance in tight spaces.

De Igo M 24-19 werd voor het eerst geïntroduceerd op Batimat 2024 in Parijs en is ontworpen voor woningbouw en renovatie.
