Quarrying and Mining are key focus areas on the LiuGong booth and will feature the DR50CE, 4280DE motor grader, as well as the new 75T tonne excavator, the 975F and the new 9-tonne loader, the 890T. De Europese markt vertegenwoordigt ongeveer 25% van LiuGongs wereldwijde omzet en is van vitaal belang voor LiuGongs strategie, met name in zijn productlijnen voor zware graafmachines en wielladers.

LiuGong is in Europa blijven uitbreiden door nieuwe klantencentra te introduceren in Italië, Frankrijk en Duitsland. Voor degenen die vermoeden dat LiuGong het hoogtepunt van zijn productontwikkeling heeft bereikt, zal Bauma hen uitdagen om hun mening opnieuw te kalibreren.

LiuGong is de onbetwiste wereldleider in de productie van wielladers en heeft Bauma gekozen als startplatform voor zijn nieuwe T-serie wielladers. De T-serie machines zijn vanaf de grond af nieuw en tillen de ervaring van de bestuurder naar een nieuw niveau van zichtbaarheid, comfort en controle.

Bezoekers van Bauma zullen de lancering van de eerste zeven machines in de serie zien, waaronder de wielladers 820T HST, 838T, 842T, 848T, 856T, 870T en 890T. Europees Product Director Harry Mellor zei: "We hebben onze wereldwijde ervaring met de productie van wielladers gecombineerd met de unieke inzichten die we hebben opgedaan van onze Europese klanten. Ik geloof dat de T-serie een paradigmaverschuiving is in de productie van wielladers."

Bezoekers van stand FN718/3 kunnen twee nieuwe T-serie modellen zien, de 842T en 890T. Deze ultramoderne wielladers nemen hun plaats in in de line-up van 13 tentoongestelde machines die gericht zijn op de steengroeven- en sloopsegmenten.

Het in Europa gevestigde industriële ontwerpteam van LiuGong is niet onbekend met uitdagende percepties en nu zijn ze terug met een andere belangrijke stap voorwaarts in ontwerp en innovatie, de nieuwe 4280DE Battery Electric 24-tons motor grader. Deze innovatieve nieuwe grader stelt een nieuwe norm voor productiviteit en duurzaamheid. De nieuwe 4280DE neemt een belangrijke positie in binnen het groeiende elektrische portfolio van LiuGong, dat nu meer dan 12 productlijnen en meer dan 40 modellen omvat, waaronder zware graafmachines, wielladers, mijnbouwtrucks, hoogwerkers en natuurlijk motorgraders.

Met een geladen brutogewicht van 85 ton heeft dit zelfopladende beest zijn capaciteiten bewezen in de veeleisende tunnel- en steengroevetoepassingen van Noorwegen.

Volgens Kim Massey, Zero Emission Manager van Rental Group, "Bij Rental Group beschouwden we onszelf als experts in BEV's, maar de DR50CE heeft zelfs ons begrip van wat BEV's kunnen, uitgedaagd. In eerste instantie hebben we een testmachine geleend om de prestaties te beoordelen, maar vanaf het begin waren we sceptisch over het vermogen om zichzelf volledig op te laden tijdens afdalingen. Ik moet zeggen dat we versteld staan ​​van hoe krachtig en efficiënt hij is. Hij werkt in een van de meest uitdagende toepassingen, maar hij laat de klus moeiteloos lijken. We dachten dat we alles begrepen van BEV's, maar de DR50CE heeft onze geest geopend voor nieuwe mogelijkheden."

Steengroeven en mijnbouw zijn belangrijke aandachtsgebieden op de LiuGong-stand en zullen de DR50CE, 4280DE motorgrader, evenals de nieuwe 75T-tons graafmachine, de 975F en de nieuwe 9-tons lader, de 890T, laten zien. LiuGong's aanpak om een ​​totaaloplossing voor Europese klanten te lanceren met deskundige productprestaties om de winst van klanten te verhogen, zal hen op de Bauma onderscheiden.
