Hitachi Construction Machinery (Europe) NV (HCME) présentera six machines d'application spéciales à la Bauma 2025, en partenariat avec KTEG.

La ZX250LC-7 à front super long (SLF) est conçue pour le dragage, le chargement et la finition des pentes avec une portée de travail de 18 m.

La ZX350-7 avec bras télescopique à benne preneuse (CTA) offre une portée de 30 m et est idéale pour les excavations souterraines en zones urbaines.

La KTEG 390HR, basée sur la Hitachi ZX350, est dotée d'une flèche à grande portée de 23 m et est optimisée pour les tâches de démolition.

Le multi-porteur polyvalent KMC400P peut basculer entre différents fronts, y compris les applications de démolition à grande portée et de grue, grâce au système Boom Quick Connect.

La KMC1200S de 180 tonnes, lauréate du World Demolition Award, est conçue pour les projets de démolition à grande échelle avec une capacité de poids d'outil maximale à différentes hauteurs.

Les quatre autres machines d'application spéciale sont produites en Allemagne par KTEG, la coentreprise entre Hitachi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. et Kiesel Technology GmbH. Il s'agit notamment de la KTEG 390HR, qui est basée sur une Hitachi ZX350 et équipée d'un train de roulement extensible hydraulique, d'un contrepoids supplémentaire et d'une cabine de démolition inclinable. La flèche fixe à grande portée de 23 m permet un poids d'accessoire de 3,5 tonnes, ce qui en fait une machine de démolition productive, sûre et sans compromis.

Idéale pour les projets de grande envergure et difficiles tels que la démolition de centrales électriques, elle offre une productivité optimale car elle peut être utilisée avec un poids d'outil maximal à n'importe quelle hauteur, par exemple 3 tonnes à 51 m, 5 tonnes à 44 m ou 15 tonnes à 28 m. Grâce à son nouveau châssis principal et à sa couronne d'orientation, elle offre une conception robuste sans compromis pour la durabilité et la fiabilité.

Outre ces machines destinées à la démolition, une KTEG 490 2PB sera également présentée au salon Bauma. Cette machine complète la gamme Hitachi dans la catégorie des 55 tonnes, offrant une plage de travail étendue grâce à la configuration de la flèche en deux parties. En combinaison avec la machine de base Hitachi fiable et puissante, la KTEG 490 offre des performances solides et sûres.

A wide variety of Hitachi special application machines will be on the Hitachi Construction Machinery (Europe) NV (HCME) stand at Bauma 2025. Thanks to its enhanced hydraulics, it operates smoothly and efficiently, increasing productivity on complex urban excavation projects.

The clamshell telescopic arm offers high-speed extension and retraction, combined with a powerful pulling force, enabling it to work effectively in confined spaces. Unlike standard or long-reach excavators, it requires minimal swing room, making it an ideal solution for compact areas.

The remaining four special application machines are produced in Germany by KTEG, the joint venture between Hitachi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. and Kiesel Technology GmbH. These include the KTEG 390HR, which is based on a Hitachi ZX350, and equipped with a hydraulic extendable undercarriage, additional counterweight and tiltable demolition cab. The fixed mounted 23 m high-reach boom allows an attachment weight of 3.5 tonnes, what makes it a productive, safe and uncompromising demolition machine.

Also on display is the versatile multi-carrier KMC400P, which can be equipped with various fronts including high-reach demolition, super long front, tele-dipper, classic earthmoving or even crane application fronts. The Boom Quick Connect system allows a boom change within minutes out of the cab, which makes it the most flexible, productive and safe machine in the market. Thanks to its robust and durable design, it is suitable for tough demolition environments, and can complete the tasks of several machines on site.

The largest special application machine is the 180-tonne KMC1200S, winner of a World Demolition Award. Ideal for large and challenging projects such as powerplant demolition, it delivers optimum productivity as it can be used with maximum tool weight at any height e. g. 3 tonnes at 51 m; 5 tonnes at 44 m; or 15 tonnes at 28 m. Due to its new main frame and slew ring it offers uncompromising heavy-duty design for durability and reliability.

In addition to these demolition-orientated machines, a KTEG 490 2PB will also be presented at Bauma. This machine complements the Hitachi line-up in the 55-tonne class, offering an extended working range due to the two-piece boom configuration. In combination with the reliable and powerful Hitachi base machine, the KTEG 490 provides a strong and safe performance.
